Have the perfect beach trip when you stay at our lovely craftsman style home, 'Sandy Feet', which is a short walk on a paved bike/pedestrian path or a 1 minute drive to the well equipped public Ed Walline access at quaint Gulf Place on 30a. This beach access has bathrooms, showers, and a large parking lot. Chair and umbrella rentals are available for our guests by the day or reserve for the week.

This quiet 2 story beach house with over 70 5-star reviews sleeps 8 comfortably and has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It has 2 designated parking places in the driveway. (If you need additional parking contact owner). It's professionally cleaned and eclectically appointed with many extras such as quality linens, bedding and fluffy towels. The King master suite is located downstairs, along with the kitchen, guest bathroom, great room and dining room. Plus a king suite upstairs.

We rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. During the off season, the area is a Snowbird Paradise! We offer lower rates when crowds thin and the weather is cool and comfortable.

The lovely kitchen is fully equipped with stylish granite and stainless steel appliances and with plenty of new pots, pans and cooking utensils. The dining table seats 6 plus there are 4 bar stools at a long, spacious bar. The great room goes out to the furnished, spacious and shady front porch. A charcoal grill is provided, as well as a highchair.

Sandy Feet is a short walk to Shunk Gulley, a favorite local oyster bar and restaurant that overlooks the beach. It is also located near Grayton Beach, Seaside and Rosemary Beach, all located off of 30-A, for those who want to venture out. Restaurants and bars within walking distance from the house range from seafood, gourmet, pizza and subs, and coffee shops. Shops, bike/board rentals, live music are all offered at various places located minutes from Sandy Feet. Walmart and Publix are located a couple of miles away.

Sandy Feet is also near rare coastal dune lakes. The area boasts of state parks and natural preserves. This community is known for sugar sand beaches and tree lined streets. Enjoy 20 miles of bike and hiking paths and scenic shore lines. If you are a beach and nature lover, this spot is for you!

Golf at award- winning Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, located within a mile from the house, as well as at San Destin Golf Resort which is a 15 minute drive. Shopping, amusements, and theaters are close by in Destin or Panama City. Panama City Beach, 40 minutes away. Destin, 15 minutes away.

Bedrooms feature: Master King Suite down stairs. One King in BR #2 and 2 Queens in BR#3, upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private bath and walk-in closet, and the downstairs master has a large tub, shower and walk-in closet. The house is equipped with wireless internet, TV, and and washer and dryer.

Extras also include: 4 beach chairs.
