Great location

Property was clean, conveniently located and has the best view imaginable. Definitely a return trip in the future.

The view from the property was amazing and the location was great. But the building is old and there is no central AC. The west facing windows cause the sun to bake the unit, and the room AC’s can’t keep up, blowing fuses in their efforts. There is no access to the outdoors from the unit, in fact it has only a few small windows allowing outside air in. We were hot.

As a classic property, the building's original design has inherent limits during peak afternoon sun, though we do provide multiple portable AC units to help keep the space comfortable. We appreciate your feedback as we continue looking into ways to better manage heat.

This was our third year coming back to this beautiful property. The condo was very clean once again . Beautiful oceanfront views. Parking garage is great. Access to the beach steps away. We will be back!

Views were great, could not get any closer to the ocean. The only downside was the inability to drop luggage off and store before checking in if you arrive early. We used a service called Bounce to hold our luggage until we could check in.

Incredible ocean views

We loved the ocean views. Probably the best I’d ever seen from a condo. Place was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Especially loved there was no continual aircraft noise as you find further south along the ocean. Hopefully we’ll be back again at another time.

Breathtaking view!

When you walk in your breath is taken by the views of the Pacific Ocean outside your floor to ceiling windows! We so enjoyed drinking our coffee each morning while watching the surfers, dolphins and birds bring joy to the first light of the day. The evenings were also spent sitting on the benches right on the beach watching the picturesque sunset. The location made for a beautiful walk up the coastline to the village of La Jolla where we were delighted with all the amazing restaurants and shops. The condo is appointed well with everything you need to start your vacation. We visited in winter and noticed the condo was a bit chilly so the responsive maintenance person brought us a couple portable heaters that made all the difference. We cherished our time here as sweet memories were made!

Overall loved our stay! Views were absolutely stunning, and you are literally right across from the beach. We loved being able to just pop downstairs and walk along the ocean. Also very nice to have designated parking. We were really hoping to get an early check in for our toddlers nap, which didn't work out, but overall everything else was great. Also -- for anyone else traveling with toddlers, they had a pack n play, high chair, and lots of toddler sand toys (as well as adult chairs, beach umbrella etc). Overall a very well stocked unit.
