Our 6-person condo is located on the second floor overlooking the Beautiful Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville......

If you should arrive in Nashville early (before 4:00pm and/or are leaving Nashville later in the evening. Consider downloading the phone app "bounce" which will provide you with locations you can drop off your luggage for a small nominal fee and then return later in the day and retrieve it and proceed to the condo/airport. There is a location just south of Broadway which works well.

Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.

A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have “back to back” bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app “Bounce” where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.



Q: Are you Pet Friendly?

A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests prevents us from permitting pets to stay in our unit. Sorry...



Q: May we smoke on the deck.

A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..



Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?

A: Yes, most packages get left at the bottom of the “900 stairs”. It is best to request packages / groceries to be delivered to the front door.



Q: Is there a Grill.

A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).



Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?

A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.



Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.



Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!

A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.



As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

Condo was exactly as described. Good location, clean and comfortable. Mike was great at communicating and our stay was seamless . The marmots and raccoons outside the balcony were a special treat!!

The condo was very nice and had everything you need. Plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen. Loved that there was a balcony with a view of the Cumberland River. We would definitely stay again.

What a great place to stay!Had everything you could possibly want and need. Comfortable beds with nice dark rooms for sleeping off the night before. Great location making it very easy to walk to different places or catch an Uber and you were anywhere in minutes. Mike provided some good recommendations of places to go and try and we did. Thanks for making our 25th anniversary a great experience!

There is no elevators, so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. This was a wonderful experience. My child left behind his tablet and the Host was awesome about trying to return it to us.

We visited Nashville with friends for our 20th anniversary and the condo, location and host were all amazing! We loved the vibe, pool, balcony and the beds are so comfy!! We met another family in the pool and they complained they their rental had no beach towels or enough complimentary toiletries. This rental did not have this problem and was well stocked and we had everything needed for an amazing weekend!!! Overall we couldn't recommend this rental enough and is the perfect spot to walk the awesome bars/spots in Germantown and a quick 6 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Book now - you won't regret it!

Beautiful condo. It is very clean and up to date. Beds are comfortable. Nice view of the river off the patio. The parking lot is fenced in, covered and right in front of the condos. Host communicated every thing needed and responded to messages quickly. Definitely recommend this condo if you want to visit Nashville and be minutes from Broadway!

Love that the property is right off the river. Made the morning view even better. Parking was easy, it was close enough to Broadway that everything was in walking distance, but far enough away that there was not any congestion. The property had everything we needed, including a cork screw!

This Condo is beautiful and had all of the amenities needed. We traveled in for CMAFEST weekend. Having a pool was awesome and the views, along with a short walk to Broadway and covered parking made this Nashville stay the best trip ever. The host is super nice and communicated everything we needed to know. I would definitely recommend this condo for your next stay in Nashville

The place was beautiful done. They have everything you could possibly need. Nice view from the balcony too. Close to broadway, walking distance! We would definitely book with them again!

Very clean and cute. We had raccoons and ground hogs outside our window everyday. It truly is less than a mile to Broadway, but I wouldn’t suggest walking for various reasons. The view of the river was nice and everything was very quiet and enjoyable. We would definitely return to this condo.

The complex needs to change the Property Management. Pool area was dirty and disgusting. The bathrooms for the pool were absolutely filthy. They haven't been cleaned the floor of the condo in for ever. If you're walked with your white socks or feet they turn black They need to change cleaning service. Also the gym was non-existent, only three weights and two free weights. Nothing else in the gym. Very disappointing. If you're not on the top floor, you'll hear everything from the people above from walking, talking everything people coming home at 3 am every night. The best thing was location and parking.

This was a very clean convenient location - well appointed - the only negative was the bachelor part that was going on in the unit above us ! Not anything the hosts could effect We would stay again !

This was a great place to stay—very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location on the Cumberland River offers spectacular views, which really made the experience stand out. It’s within walking distance to Broadway, or just a quick Uber/rideshare to other spots around town.Highly recommend for anyone planning a Nashville trip.Only heads up: the floors are a bit thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear upstairs neighbors moving around at night.

The Riverfront condos are centrally locaed . 7 miles North of Broadway on the Cumberland River in New Germantown. Its location allows you to visit and enjoy the hustle and bustle of broadway, without sleeping in the area. The condo river views allows guests to sit on the balcony or in the living room and watch the River traffic go by. Its central location is walking distance to several great restaurants around Germantown.
