We had a fantastic stay and will definitely go back. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We had everything in the well-stocked kitchen to make meals. The view of the sunset on the deck was amazing and the neighborhood was wonderful. Can’t wait for our next time!

This property was perfect for our beach getaway. The home was clean and in good order. Steve and Bobbi were excellent hosts. The view was awesome, and the beach access was wonderful.

This was our second stay, and it’s a tremendous experience, having two types of water access, very clean and well stocked amenities and equipment, and warmth of the hosts. Definitely would love to go back next season.

The views from the back of property was stunning and relaxing!!! Property was well equipped with all essentials and then some! Beach was across the street, easy access. My only suggestion would be a lounge chair in the back so one could fall asleep on it!

You can't beat the location and price. A great home in Broadkill beach overlooking the preserve and across the street from the beach. Everything was as listed, easy process, accomodating hosts. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. The apartment was clean, comfortable and better than described. It had everything we needed and the thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for us, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful place to relax.The host showed us around when we arrived and made the entire process smooth from check in to check out. We truly enjoyed our time and would gladly stay again.

Amazing property! Everything thing you need, but a beach towel, is provided for a perfect day at the beach! They have access to a private beach and completely outfitted outdoor shower for after a day in the sand and the sun. Both bedrooms have access to the beautiful deck with the option of open air and screened in viewing of the waterway. A great place to sit and watch the sunset.

Wonderful, quiet spot

The stay was absolutely relaxing. The proximity to both the ocean and the bay is great. The place was very clean and all the amenities were there--so helpful!

Weekend Getaway

This place was perfect! Very clean! It had everything and more! Great location. It was the ideal space for my spouse and I. I highly recommend it and we are definitely coming back.

Great stay!

Steve and Bobbie are wonderful hosts! The space is clean and well-appointed and the location was perfect; quiet and right across the street from a beach access. We’ll stay again for sure.
