Welcome to DelMarView! This beach cottage on Broadkill Beach, DE has just been freshly renovated. DelMarView is a cozy cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, along with an outdoor shower and accommodations for up to 6 comfortably.
Enjoy beautiful bay views as you have a meal at the dining table or while sipping a cup of coffee out on the enclosed porch.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook if you choose. In addition, there is a gas grill outside just next to the covered below-deck area. On the decking, there is a table and chairs to enjoy a meal or just hang out, soaking up the fresh breezy salt air.

**Things to note**
• Sheets and towels are NOT provided
• The state of Delaware has issued a statewide plastic bag ban. Retail stores no longer offer plastic bags at checkout.

Short stay at the beach

This property exceeded my expectations. Almost on the beach, great views and walking distance to the general store. Quaint, quiet, dog-friendly and prefect for a weekend (or longer) stay.

Great family beach getaway

The host was responsive, it's only 1 house away from the beach. The house has been recently renovated and was beautiful and super comfortable. We were 2 families with 5-year-olds and we had a truly wonderful weekend! Would definitely stay again.

Superb in September

Truly steps from the beach, breezy to keep the bugs away. Enough waves to feel we were on the beach, but calm being bayside. Everything we needed to feel at home & relaxed in a cheerful cottage.

Delightful stay

My stay at the house was wonderful. The house is beautiful, clean, beds comfortable, and has a great view of the beach. There is not one negative comment to make!! A delightful stay from start to finish.

Memorial Day Beach Getaway

Great little cottage for short stroll (50m) onto the beach to relax, listen to the waves, and then kick back and enjoy the sunset with all the amenities needed for a home cooked meal! Complete with Grill, outdoor shower and screened in porch to watch the sunset.

Fall Friends Weekend

My friends and I wanted a place to go for a long weekend near the beach. This location was perfect. Beautiful sunrises and walks on the beach. There are plenty of activities in the area. I highly recommend Delmarview!

Birthday & Fathers Day

This was our third visit to Broadkill. We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean and spacious with large east facing windows for morning sunlight and views. Thank you to Gina. Beautiful views of the Bay. Broadkill Beach is steps away. Three days of sun.

This place was Absolutely Stunning, the owners were Super nice, above and beyond. Beautiful view of the Ocean, steps away from the Beach. Can't even begin to describe how Super Nice this place is. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT WAS PERFECT.

Perfect location

This beach cottage worked out perfectly for our family vacation. Everything was clean & we felt very “at home”. My only recommendation would be to put blinds/curtains up on the windows where the 2 twin beds are located. We would definitely stay again. Gina was very responsive to my questions & very helpful. We would definitely stay again & wish we had booked 2 weeks!!! 1 week was not long enough! Thank you for welcoming us in your beach cottage.

Great location!

This was our second stay with these hosts. We came back because the first experience was so good and this recent stay was even better! The house was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with all the necessities (kitchen utensils, beach chairs, a grill, etc.) The location is steps from a quiet dog-friendly beach. Watch the sunrise from the beach - it’s worth the early wake-up call! Thank you to Gina and Rodney for making our visit fantastic!

Another wonderful time at Gina and Rod's!

Love this place...so much that I almost don't want to talk about how much so that it doesn't get overbooked and I can't get back in again! *lol* It's clean, one house away from a very quiet and mellow beach, and well-equipped. Gina is super-fast to respond to messages. Just an overall vibe.

Perfect Getaway!

What an amazing time my wife and I had in Milton this weekend! Gina and Rodney were such incredible hosts and have put together an incredible property on Broadkill Beach that is able to capture a modern touch while also capturing the beach vibes that you want when staying right next to the beach with INCREDIBLE views. From the bathrooms to the kitchen and everything in between, this home has everything you need when wanting to visit the Delaware beaches. There is an enclosed porch to enjoy your morning coffee or an outdoor patio to enjoy a meal and those amazing views. The back windows offer views of the water that will have you speechless. Do you like beer? You are just 10 minutes away from Dogfish Head Brewery and 15 minutes away from a great spot my wife and I found called Crooked Hammock Brewery in Lewes (great for kids, too!) Want the outlets? You’re only 15-20 minutes from those! Want to visit Rehoboth? 20 minutes away. All down the same, easy riding highway. This comfy cottage that Gina and Rodney have available is in a quiet little town that keeps you close enough to all the major spots but gives you immediate, access to a beach within a stones throw. Whether you are traveling with your kids, for a girls weekend, couples getaway or a guys weekend, this home will meet all of your needs. Gina was so great with communication from start to finish and we are so thankful for having the opportunity to experience one of their properties! Can’t wait to visit next season. -Scott and Tara W.

Broadkill Finest!

Gina was an over the top accommodating host. The property was immaculate and beautiful. We have family who both live on Broadkill beach and visit frequently and there is no place we would advise people to stay than with Gina! Her attention to detail and warm welcome really took a lot of the stress out of our busy wedding weekend!

Cute house remodeled beautifully

The owners did such a great job updating this property. Plenty of storage downstairs for the kayaks, bikes and fishing equipment we brought. Bigger than expected, super clean and can’t beat the 30 second walk to the beach and the bay views!

Responsive hosts

We had a great week! View of the beach was very nice and steps from the sand. Home was clean, comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms beautifully updated. Host were very responsive and went above and beyond to help us out.
