Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, cannabis, or any drug, is strictly prohibited inside the townhome. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $2,500 fee for odor removal and deep cleaning, in addition to forfeiting any security deposit. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts and smoking materials responsibly. Should our cleaning staff have to remove any smoking debris, a $200 fee will be charged. By booking this property, guests agree to pay these fees if applicable and understand they will not be contested.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love furry friends, but unfortunately, our townhome cannot accommodate them.
★BOOKING REQUIREMENTS★
The person making the reservation must be 24 years of age or older and must also be the one staying in the townhome unless booking for a corporation.
If booking via Airbnb please upload a profile picture. The photo will only be shown once the reservation is made.

Mess and Disarray: We kindly ask that you keep the townhome tidy and organized during your stay. If it is left messy upon check-out, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to restore it to its original condition.
Furniture Placement: Please leave all furniture in its original location as it was upon your arrival. If furniture has been moved and not returned to its original position upon check-out, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of rearranging the furniture to its proper place.
Any additional cleaning and furniture restoration or replacement fees will be determined at the discretion of the host based on the extent of the cleaning required or the furniture that needs to be repositioned.
