We loved the place! Very nice and welcoming it was. The toot toot from the passing trains woke us up, but the beds were comfortable , so we just cuddled up again after they passed.

Helene Clean Up

Very cozy and comfortable. Nice to relax after working in Nolichucky flood area. Had everything we needed.

Game Day

If you’re in town to see a game this is the perfect place. 5 minutes from ETSU’s campus. This is a great place to no matter the reason you’re in town. I will book this place again. Thank you!

Very clean! Nice Decor, comfortable liens. Mattresses good!Backyard ok for our short dog, but shorter grass would have been nice. Abit of traffic npise on weekday mornings, but that was not hugely bothersome. Easy to manage, cozy spot. Reasonable cost compared to other properties.

Very convenient Johnson City home

We really enjoyed our stay. The Cozy Farmhouse Decor was exactly what we were expecting from the description of the listing. It was so convenient to the areas we wanted to visit during our time in Johnson City. There is a rail line nearby so would suggest earplugs to ensure a good night sleep. Trains did not run very often.

Great for a quick overnight stay

Good property for a quick stay -- was there one night, arriving in the evening and leaving early with my dogs. The yard is fenced, but the fence behind the garage is cobbled together and not entirely secure. There is a dog next door who runs the fence line so much that he's worn a trench! This wasn't a problem for me and my two dogs due to my brief stay, but I'm just sharing the info for anyone else traveling with dogs. The property is also near train tracks and a busy road -- again, not a problem for a quick stay. Tons of food delivering options, big kitchen, comfortable couch and bed. Seems to be newly renovated. Fine for a one night stay, would book it again.

The house had a bad odor when we arrive went and bought cleaning supplies and had to vacuum rugs as we had a newborn with us.We had 3 forks total, no can opener, Pots and pans selection was limited, table was small for meals. Was not really comfortable for meals to be made. The grills outside were absolutely disgusting and refused to use them.Neighbors were up on porch early and throughout the day making we assume live posts or tic toc videos very loud even with doors shut we could hear it.

Since your stay, we’ve: Completed a deep clean of the home to address the odor you mentioned. Restocked the kitchen with a full set of utensils, pots, pans, and a can opener. Replaced and thoroughly cleaned the outdoor grills so they’re ready for use. As for the neighborhood, while we can’t control the activity of nearby homes, we are mindful of guest comfort and continue to monitor and communicate with neighbors when noise becomes disruptive. We truly appreciate you pointing out these areas for improvement. Future guests can expect a clean, well-stocked, and family-friendly home that’s ready for a comfortable stay.
