Very easy to communicate with the host the property was clean. Parking was perfect location to the beach and all the amenities very easy nice and quiet. Will definitely stay here again if we go to Vista!

As the pictures show this place has lots of mirrors and so it comes off very "Blingy" if you know what I mean. Not something I would want to live with but actually kind of fun for a few days or a week.It was very clean and roomie however with just the one bathroom it might be tricky for more than 4adults. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes pots and pans etc. but there were only 3 coffee cups in the whole house and although we were told that coffee was provided we never found any but we just went and got what we all liked, so no huge deal.The place is handy for getting places with just a 15-30drive to most beaches, attractions etc and 45-60 to San Diego destinations and for the difference in price per night compared to closer places even with 6.00 gas I think you would still save doing here.I would stay here again no problem.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The three rooms were great, kitchen area was awesome for cooking, and the outdoor area was perfect to sit and relax. It was a bit warm when we got there, but once we started all the fans, it got much better.

This is one of the four units on this property that we rented for friends and family coming in for our son's wedding. It was a perfect location for impromptu gatherings and meals!

The house was very clean with an accurate description. We loved that there was so much available for the kids to do. They enjoyed the ping pong table and the swings. Host was very friendly and the space was close to where we needed to be for our activities.

Overall a good place if you’re doing something in the area. There were quite a few cockroaches we saw during our stay and the outdoor yard read were dirty and not maintained well.

Air conditioning was effective. Unfortunately the AC was of the portable variety and therefore a little loud. Also, the portable AC was only in the bedroom.

A/C is not central air. It is window units basically. Air conditioning only worked in 1 of the 3 Bedrooms for most of our 1 weeks stay. Shower drain did not drain so you stand in your shower water the entire time. Floors were very dirty. My 1 year olds hands, feet, and knees were black. Found roaches on multiple occasions. I wrote a much longer review with more details but it keeps getting flagged.

Beautiful Location and Property Near Everything You'll Need

The place was very well taken care of and very clean with nice amenities. The paper towels, toilet paper and supplies were top notch, like we were staying at home. The AC units in the rooms kept the twmperature perfect and the kitchen has new appliances and everything you need to make great meals. There were plenty of utensils and dinnerware for large families and plenty of gathering space putaide. The king bed was soft and plush while the queen was a little firmer for stomach sleepers. The bunk bed had an additional bed underneath, so perfect for the kids.The firepit and grill worked flawlessly and the atmosphere was perfect for a family trip. Plenty of room to throw a frisbee, play catch and watch some tv puside with the grouo.

It was such an enjoyable trip, my favorite part about the house was the mattresses were so comfortable! The part that is why I gave it 4 stars is because of the bug problem and needing to be a bit better cleaned. When we arrived a cockroach/beetle type huge bug was on the floor and when I tried to catch it it ran under the couch. I moved the couch over to get it but couldn't reach it, however there were tissues and trash under the couch when I moved it and it grossed us out. But the host was very responsive and that was great and we liked the beach chairs and launder machine too, they were great! Thank you for letting us stay

How do you clean your whole place but not your floor? And how do you have a package outside my so-called place for a couple days, but don't pick up a package. Why didn't you get notified that you have a package outside of your VRBO that you own. Nevertheless I was very unhappy with my stay at this location. I know kids will be kids but adults need to learn how to be adults. And how do you have such a nice place but the bathroom shower curtain rod Keep Falling on My Head when I'm taking a shower. Talk about making everything look beautiful but the bathroom. Anyways that's all I wanted to let you guys know about this location..

We had a very good time at the house, the rooms were clean and nicely furnished, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries and towels. The kitchen had big refrigerator and everything for cooking and baking, which we really appreciated as a family with children. The host was very nice and answered our questions promptly.
