We had an excellent time staying at this property. This is our second stay and will be back! The Condo is exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, comfortable and they have everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Location is great only steps to the beach. The view from the balcony is priceless! Property Management is very informative and friendly making sure we didn't need anything during our entire stay.Highly recommend staying here.

Two of us stayed for 6 nights. Everything was as stated. This was my first time using vrbo so i had lots of questions that the host graciously answered! The condo has everything you need. So close to the beach it was an easy walk to take a dip in the ocean every morning to wake myself up. No rocks. All sand. I loved the balcony for sitting in the morning with my coffee. Or at night with the ocean breeze.There is no AC so if you sleep with the windows open, and are a light sleeper, you may hear some noise from the street on friday and saturday nights.The pool, jacuzzi, and grounds are beautiful even with hummingbirds around! People were friendly. Parking was convenient.

Terrible inconvenience

Check in people were located in the parking lot and rude. They could not find my packet or key. They made me walk to the HOA office to get a spare key. When I opened my door, I found a half dressed man telling me it was his room and to get out. Thank God I went alone before getting my wife and son out of the van. Then I waited almost 2 hours for them to try and resolve with no outcome. We then informed them that this was unacceptable and left. We will never ever return.

Being given access to an occupied condo was a serious and distressing error, and we completely understand why you chose to leave—especially after waiting nearly two hours without a resolution. We also apologize for the way you were treated during the check-in process and for the difficulty locating your arrival packet and key. This is not the level of service or safety we expect for our guests. We are addressing this incident directly with the HOA check-in team and reviewing what occurred so that the proper procedures are followed moving forward. We sincerely regret the frustration, discomfort, and inconvenience this caused you and your family. MakeMyVacation Team

Over the years we have stayed in a number of the units at North Coast Village. This one by far has the best view of the ocean, beach and pier. The unit was clean, well-stocked for beach fun, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. We will definitely be back.
