Ocean View - Steps from the Sand - Cottage Unit

Streams flow quietly over waterfalls down to pools full of Japanese Koi fish surrounded by lush landscaping. This is the setting for a beautiful one bedroom fully furnished cottage/condo just yards from the beach with an ocean view.

Amenities include two swimming pools, two spas, a barbecue area, putting green, rec room with pool and ping pong tables, sauna, and exercise room. We are located in beautiful North Coast Village Resort on one of the finest swim and surf beaches in Southern California.

Minimum stay in summer is 7 nights (6-15 to 9-15) - Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay rest of year is 3 nights. Discounts given for longer stays.

Oceanside harbor, with fine restaurants and shops, boating and sport fishing, is on one side of the complex, and the Oceanside pier and Downtown is a short walk on the other. Relax in a fully equipped condo with a southwest facing balcony, ocean view, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD and Wifi.

Large, one bedroom with two queen beds (one is a Murphy bed in living room). Great exterior cottage unit. New granite and cabinets in kitchen and vanity area. Newly remodeled bath.

No Smoking, Please.

Great location

We had a great stay here. Great location, very secure, and beautiful grounds. We walked to the pier and walked to the train station with our luggage (about a 20 min walk)

Loved it

My husband and i with my 10 year old niece had a wonderful stay in Oceanside. The condo location was great. Plenty big, had everything we needed. The AC was nice to have, very cold. We would stay there again.

North Coast Village is Great!

Property is so nice! Easy access to the beach and very clean property! This unit has a great balcony view of the beach. It is clean and well stocked! Everything you would need in the kitchen as well as lots of fun things for playing at the beach like chairs and boogie boards, and umbrellas.

Amazing location for beach getaway

Very cute, well kept condo with beach visible from patio. Second story so felt comfortable leaving windows open at night. Easy and quick walk to beach and restaurants in the harbor- so avoids parking hassles. Would definitely stay again. Good communication prior to stay, didn’t really have any issues so did not have to reach out again to owner. Overall excellent, thank you so much Sandy.

Great location

The apartment was convenient to the beach and to restaurants and stores. The directions to get the key were accurate and clear, just the process was a bit involved because of the setup of the complex.

Great Unit!

We've stayed in a few units at this development and this has been our favorite by far! The location is excellent. So close to the beach and a great view. The AC unit in the bedroom helps a lot. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you could think of. Will definitely try to book here again!

Location, location, location!

This unit is located on the outskirts of the property with ocean views and direct access to the beach. My family of four (two adults and two young kids) was very comfortable here, the kids loved the Murphy bed and I loved that I didn’t have to make and re- make a sofa bed all week. Both the pier and the harbor are short bike rides away and are very easy to access. We will definitely stay here again!

Great experience!

This was my first time using VRBO, and what a pleasant experience it was. This rental is literally a few steps from the beach. Within walking distances to everything from dining, groceries etc. The property is well cared for and the unit had everything we needed! I expect to use this location again in the future. Perfect location

This condo has everything you need to enjoy a long or short stay. Just bring personal items and food, then visit all of Oceanside, the beach, and the marina on foot or by bike. The hosts are very responsive hosts, usually answering any questions within minutes. The condo is well furnished and comfortable with views of the very close by beach. The complex is beautifully landscaped like a tropical paradise with streams, fountains, and waterfalls.

Perfect vacation

My family and I always travel to San Diego for a vacation to be near the beach. This is the first time I've stayed at this location. After this trip I will never stay anywhere else. The owners are very responsive and quickly with any questions or concerns. The home was immaculate and full of so many extra items that you don't think about until you get there. The property is so beautiful. Thank you for help making our vacation a perfect vacation

We loved Steps from the Sand

The condo was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room, loved the fully furnished condo. There was plenty of anything you would need: blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies, towels, beach chairs, beach toys... We were so happy there. We plan to book in the same condo for 2021. We have been staying at North Coast for over 20 years - this condo is at the top of our list. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Location

We selected North Coast Village and this specific condo based on location. The condo had a great beach view and easy access to the beach, too! It was walking distance to restaurants. We walked to the Harbor each morning for coffee at the Nautical Bean, then enjoyed a stroll around the marina. Conveniently near access to the highway, a day trip to San Clemente was perfect. Sitting on the patio in the evening was a great way to relax. The amenities were endless - a well-stocked kitchen, beach gear, plenty of towels and convenient parking. Unloading our vehicle was easy, just minimal steps away from the condo. It was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Beauty with convenience

The condo’s location was #1 attribute. Walked daily on the beach and sat on balcony looking at the ocean. The other pluses were Murphy bed, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful property. Only downside (not really negatives), are proximity to street, Friday community trash day (fun if you like to see efficiency of community trash trucks) and lack of hvac (although great cross breeze and ocean white noise at night). We were in area for a family wedding with our adult daughter. It was great place for the three of us to escape hectic schedule. We would stay again!

Amazing location, great for families

We really loved staying here. Sandy gave detailed instructions on how everything worked, there was just some confusion on where to park to get the keys as the check in lot had minimal parking and many spots coned off. A really nice security guard walking around the property helped us out. We loved the unit, super clean and comfy. Secure parking with a dedicated spot. My 5 year old loved the Murphy bed. The property has many amenities like a huge pool and lots to look at, like koi fish as we walked around. This unit in particular has an ocean view and is half a block to the beach, which can’t really be beat. We loved hearing the waves with our patio door open. Lots of businesses within walking distance, including a playground on the beach. We hope to come back! Thank you Sandy for a wonderful stay.

My husband actually snow skied and surfed all in one day on his birthday in 2007. We've owned this condo since 1992 and absolutely love the location and amenities.
