What a lovely home filled with everything you needed. So close to the beach! The deck was very nice to sit on and over look the marsh!We had a wonderful time!

I have been vacationing at Wells Beach for the last 47 years and this house has been the best we have stayed at by far. If I could give this property 10 stars I would. It is beautiful and so clean. Has everything you could ever possibly need for your beach vacation. Less than one minute walk to the beach. Kyle has been amazing with communication. Truly a dream vacation house!

This house was perfect! We had 13 people here comfortably with the youngest being 10 years old. Our teens/tweens had the run of the upstairs so they couldn't have been happier. All adult couples had their own rooms, two with an ensuite. The house was wonderfully stocked with dishes, glasses and pots/pans for lots of people which is rare. The location to the beach doesn't get any better than this - literally across the street. Communication with Kyle was quick and easy. Thank you Kyle for a great stay!!!

This house was perfectly laid out with many options for a variety of people in our family. The closeness to the beach and the deck upstairs and downstairs were key for a beautiful week. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

The listing was accurate. Our large group of extended family members found it clean & spacious and an idea fit for the group. The property was well stocked with everything we needed and the hosts were extremely responsive to any requests made.

Amazing house!

We stayed for 3 days in this beautiful house. We were four families, and everyone was very satisfied with the house. It is spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable! The location is perfect, and the view outside is stunning.

Very nice stay!

We had a great time in this spacious house a minute to the beach. The 13 of us had enough room the sleep, eat all together, and play! The house is very well furbished. The beds are confortable and there’s enough dishwear and kitchen tools. The beach is wonderful!!! I would defenitly recommand for a large group.

Great beach house for extended family

This new property is right across the street from the beach -- literally a 2-minute walk -- with great views in multiple directions. It easily accommodated five families with nine adults and three young children. The house is in great condition. There is a huge kitchen with all new dishware and cutlery and a dining room table that can seat 12. There are two big living rooms, one on the first floor and one on the third, and spaces where you can spend some quiet time. We were there in the winter and did not get to take full advantage of the multiple sun decks, which provide even more space. Host Kyle is really responsive as well. We have nothing but good things to say about this 5-star property!

The house was equipped with everything one would need, plus more. Kyle was easy to communicate with and it was such a wonderful home. Definitely give it 5 stars.

Super séjour! Maison parfaite, encore plus belle en vrai. Nous étions 4 familles avec les enfants et c'était génial. Très bien équipé, lits confortables, salles de bain propres.

La maison était impeccable, bien équipé, avec assez de chambre de bains pour le nombre d’invités et est un atout considérant que nous pouvions aller à la plage à pied et revenir diner ou aller au toilette à tout moment.Nous avons adoré!Merci!
