This Spacious newly renovated condo provides everything to enjoy Saugatuck. You are walking distance to the ALL of Downtown (Restaurants, shops, water) and so much more to experience this beautiful town.
The 3 bedrooms (1 kg bed,1 qn bed,2 twn beds) include 3 bathrooms one for each bedroom & 1/2 bath off of the kitchen. Enjoy your evening on either balcony. Relax on your visit with no need to move your garaged car. Fully updated bar glasses and drinking glasses! This condo is in the heart of downtown saugatuck. We provide you with anything you need to make this trip the best trip! You will see that the condo is very clean and spacious. We look forward to your stay with us!

We love this condo! This was our second year staying here and it’s the perfect spot for our annual girls trip! The hosts are very responsive and accommodating!

This was the perfect home for our girls’ weekend in Saugatuck! The location made it easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, and waterfront, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked, with a great space to host a private chef dinner that ended up being one of the highlights of our weekend. We’d happily stay here again!

Perfect location walkable to downtown with two outdoor deck seating areas. Two parking spaces (one garage) allows for convenient parking. Very quiet - never heard neighbors despite the shared walls. Would certainly recommend!

A great property just as advertised

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very communicative and answered all of our questions. The property was clean well maintained and well appointed. The location was exceptional. Would visit again!

A Perfect Stay in Saugatuck!We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Saugatuck. The home was absolutely perfect—beautifully designed, spotless, and felt brand new. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was such a luxury and made it ideal for our group.Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful little touches throughout the house. You can tell the owners really care about making guests feel at home.The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to everything! We strolled to restaurants, shops, and the water without ever needing to get in the car. It was the perfect mix of convenience and comfort.Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Saugatuck. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location in downtown Saugatuck and size for family of 5. Host communication was excellent and place was well stocked and very clean with everything needed. World definitely stay again and recommend!

Location was perfect for walking around town and going to restaurants. Home was very clean, comfy beds, and loved the big table so our entire family could sit down together. Great communication! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
