Very clean cottage with functional, effective and stylish decor. Host was very communicative and directions were great. The location is great for seeing the stars and walking. A surprise was how close it was to the entrance of LBJ Natl Park where you can walk their trails/roads which are excellently maintained. Also saw many birds and deer.

This is a lovely property. Very peaceful and quiet. Ideal for a hill country wine/Fredericksburg visit. Plus you have Ab Astiri winery right next door. And if you need more room there is another identical cottege next door. The host is very attentive. The cottage is immaculate. And our wives constantly commented on how well stocked the cottage is. And you have an added benefit of a deer family that comes out in-the morning. You won’t beat that morning coffee porch view in many places.

The perfect wine country accommodations! The location is convenient to Albert Dancehall, all the wineries, and even a state park (which was gorgeous!) The cottage is decorated so cute! It was very peaceful with beautiful scenery and wild life. Check in was very simple. I didn’t have any need to contact the owner, but they reached out during our stay and were responsive. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Really enjoyed our two night stay here. The historic Albert Dancehall is less than 5 miles away too. We did NYE there and it was a great fun night. Lots of deer in the area too. Host communication was great.

Peaceful stay

Wonderful property. Close enough to everything but secluded. Lots of deer around the property. Great stay with family, will come again!

Quiet & Relaxing Stay

Starry Night Cottage 2 is a beautiful home on a quiet road off of 290. We enjoyed the sunrises, sunsets, and watching for deer. Perfectly located near William Chris, Garrison Brothers, and several Stonewall/Hye wineries.

Happy Return Visit!

We enjoyed this VRBO so much the first time we stayed that we booked it again for our current visit. The home is comfortable with everything we needed and so very close to all of our favorite wineries. :) We will return!

Tranquil and cozy

My friend and I stayed 1 night for her birthday and to be close to some nearby wineries. The directions made it easy to find and all codes worked perfectly and easily. The place is nestled amidst vineyards and pastures and was very cozy and peaceful. Love that the house has some original features but has the upgrades to make it comfortable. Would love to know more details about the house’s origin since it is clearly an older home that has been renovated. Would definitely visit again!
