The Pad at South Lake Tahoe is a family friendly condo steps from a Private Beach! Location and amenities are unmatched here. Centrally located one mile from downtown,Heavenly, Ski, 1.5 miles from Casinos, and next door to grocery and dining in Lakeland Village. Amenities include 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, gym, tennis court, PRIVATE BEACH, dock, fire and bbq pits!
We carefully picked our items in our home to elevate your comfort and travel experience. (comfy mattresses & furniture, smart tv's & apps, baby gates, high chair, bottle warmer, kids items & more). We look forward to hosting you!

- INDIVIDUALLY OWNED: This condo is individually owned and managed. The HOA manages the community amenities and dictates availability. The private beach is always open.
- HOA: Schedules exterior construction and maintenance as needed so you might arrive to some exterior work being done. This is all scheduled through the HOA and we are often not given notice. While inconvenient, it does not take away from the private beach experience.
- COMPLEX IS LAKEFRONT, NOT THE UNIT: This condo complex is lakefront, but this unit is not directly on the lake. It is a very short walk from the lake. It does not have lake views. The deck has views of the beautiful trees.
IMPORTANT INFO
- QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: In Tahoe it’s so quiet at night that you could hear a pin drop! As a result, we can only host quieter groups that will abide by all of the county laws. Our guests are normally fine as long as they head inside or to the casinos after 10pm. Appreciate your understanding!
- WINTER TRAVEL ADVISORY: After the historic Winter of 2023, we recommend only 4WD vehicles with snow tires, tire chains and experience driving in the snow. Tahoe roads are icy and power outages are common.
- NO AC: Like most homes in Tahoe, there is no AC but we do provide plenty of fans.
- BLACK BEARS: Black bears inhabit Lake Tahoe and are attracted to food and trash. Always lock your car doors, roll up windows and view from afar. Please do not feed our bears.
- SECURITY: Our home has exterior-only security cameras and noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure we are in compliance with the county ordinance but we take our guests privacy VERY seriously.
