Welcome to our Hollywood retreat! This 3-bedroom home is the perfect escape, featuring a private pool, relaxing jacuzzi, and a cozy, modern interior. Just minutes from Universal Studios, it’s ideally located for exploring the best of LA. The open layout includes a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms designed for relaxation. With ample outdoor space, including a patio for alfresco dining, our home offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and LA charm. Your perfect vacation starts here! Pool and Jacuzzi free of charge to use as it is.

Pool takes 24 hours to heat. $150 extra cost for heating the pool each time.

Jacuzzi take 30-45mins to heat. $50 extra cost for heating the tub each time.

My family had a wonderful time at this gem of a home. It was very clean and every one of the 3 bedrooms had a TV. The manager, Boba was so great, promptly answering my questions and heating the pool and hot tub for our use. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. Thank you Boba1

Nice home and location

We stayed here with two 17 year olds and was a nicely kept home, a short drive to Universal Studios. The host was very responsive and helpful. The pictures were fairly accurate, but the living room was small and the 3rd bedroom wasn’t a private room, but overall a nice home. Only disappointment was there wasn’t much to lay on for furniture for the pool, wasn’t comfortable and only 2 chairs. But would recommend it especially for its location to Universal

Great property manager, problems with hot tub, pool

It's a lovely and very functional house, however I chose it because I needed a swimmable pool and spa for physical therapy which the site said was heated. Unfortunately, and unbeknownst to the property manager, the heater was broken, so while they thought that they were heated (according to the remote programming) they actually never did. As it was a cool week, the pool and spa actually got colder and colder. It was frustrating because the property manager, who was new to the property, kept trying and was thinking it was heating (and telling me as such) but I would come back to cold water - too cold to swim in. The property manager was a very good communicator, however, and kept trying very hard to make it work, responding at every hour of the day or night. They were also very pleasant and empathetic, and in the end, agreed to a refund, which took the edge off the disappointment. I would say that, if the heater had worked, which I am sure it will in the future, that this place would have been an absolute gem. The property manager's wonderful personality, professionalism, and continuous efforts were of the highest quality and gave me the impression that this company - Myoho Property management -has stellar ethics and integrity. So in the end I would strongly recommend this listing, especially with Boba as manager, who, I know, will make sure it is as listed and will attend to future guests with great care.

Nice place, clean and well kept. Furniture wasn’t ver comfortable, but we didn’t hang out at the house much. Over all nice place to stay.

Spacious in a quiet neighborhood.

Host replies quickly to your questions. Place has everything you need. Rooms are spacious and the master bedroom is wonderful and opens to the pool. The pool was clean and at a perfect temp. Be sure to let the host know a day a head to heat.if
