This house is in a beautiful historic location. The neighborhood was quiet at night and felt safe to take walks in the mornings or late afternoons. We moved our child into college and we were close to her and any stores that we might need. Would definitely stay there in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was perhaps our best rental ever! The house was spotlessly clean. It's a lovely place, with good-sized bedrooms, on a nice, quiet block. There was coffee at the ready, and the house was well-supplied with everything we needed. Perfect!

My husband and I loved this house. Amy provides amenities that are above and beyond to make you feel like you are staying in a home. The neighborhood is beautiful for sitting outside as well as taking walks. We would definately return for a future visit.

We had to extend our stay because of a blizzard at home, and Amy was able to accommodate our request! We felt very cared for, and appreciated getting to spend our unexpected extra Raleigh time in such a well-appointed house in such a convenient neighborhood.

Communication with Amy was easy and clear, the house is exactly as pictured and we found it clean and well-equipped. Not many vacation rentals have an electric kettle, a Keurig machine, and a drip coffee maker! The neighborhood is great and very walkable, with some small restaurants just a block or two away, and downtown Raleigh a pleasant 15-20 minute walk through residential streets. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous home in a great location

We were two couples in town for a wedding. Amy’s property was perfect for us: great location, lots of room, well equipped, and very comfortable. Amy was easy to work with and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Home away from home

Honestly the best VRBO I've stayed in. Beds were comfortable, the host had plenty of towels, coffee and sugar to start, and all the necessities for cooking ourselves dinner. Location was a nice and quiet neighborhood, but a 6 to 12 min ride from major restaurants.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was easy to see that great care was taken to make this cottage a comfortable and relaxing place to be. Amy thought of everything, and communication with her was quick and easy. We loved the little extras. It’s in a great location too - a quiet, safe neighborhood and minutes away from great restaurants and other downtown sights. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Amy!

Well-appointed, well-equiped

Awesome experience at this cottage! The house was well-appointed and comfortable. Leave your VRBO kit behind, since the kitchen was well-equiped with all the necessities and cooking gear. Amy has a wonderful attention to detail. The cottage is in a fabulous historic neighborhood and is convenient to downtown Raleigh. Thanks!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Amy's cottage was super clean, super cute and worked very well for our group. When we discovered that we were short on towels, Amy responded quickly by ordering next-day delivery of brand new towels, as well as having her personal friend deliver more! Amy's cottage is only a few minutes' drive from downtown and the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. It was a big part of why our wedding weekend was so enjoyable!

NC State Homecoming

Our group of five had a great time at this property. The property manager, Amy, was incredibly responsive and helpful with clear and easy check-in/check-out instructions. The house is in a charming and safe neighborhood in Oakwood. The location made for a short ride to Downtown Raleigh. The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. Parking was also very easy for our two cars. We especially loved the space on the back porch. Our group would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Clean, Well Appointed

The house was clean, quiet and well cared for. The neighborhood is welcoming and walkable. We loved the rockers on the porch and enjoyed the tail-end of the cicada emergence.The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked like a power horse in the heat, and the kitchen was neat and beautifully appointed. Often we rent and get mismatched barware, incomplete sets, chipped items, etc; not true here. The care for detail shows a true investment in the renters experience. Thank You.
