The apartment is spacious and clean and I would stay there again; however, there are 4 narrow flights of stairs and no elevator to get to the apartment. This is important to be aware of in case you have anyone disabled or elderly as part of your party, or if you have large items like a baby stroller. Additionally, one note is that the host does not automatically share the entry code. The host also kindly accommodated early check-in for us. However, we had to message them requesting it as it wasn’t shared with us and they ultimately shared it with us 30 mins before the time we had scheduled to check-in. It would have given us some more peace of mind to have the check in information at least the day before.

It was such a wonderful pleasure hosting you and your group in my rental unit. I'm very glad to know that you enjoyed your stay and found the unit to be spacious, clean and that it met all of your group's needs. Regarding the access code, I sincerely apologize for any confusion that may have caused but please know that I notify all my guests 2 days prior to their check in date that the door access code will be sent out to them a few hours prior to their check in time. However, you requested for an early check in time to which we eagerly accomodated at no cost to you and the code was immediately provided to you upon your early check in request. Again, it is my sincerest apologies for any discomfort this may have caused you or your group. I look forward to hosting you and your group again, and making your stay even better than the last. Great Place in Baltimore

This is a great place to stay for a group of adults or family. Large open concept made it so easy for everyone to be together. The large windows and high ceilings were fabulous. The bedrooms and bedding were great. Large washer and dryer and everything we could have asked for. Delz was quick to respond with any questions and so nice. This is the perfect place in the perfect location.

Stayed 5 days. Great communication with Delz. Property was clean and updated. Parking was not a problem. Remember when booking this place is on the 4th floor, no elevators. Would stay again. Thank you!

Everything was perfect!! Location rooms Kitchen parking except THOSE STEPS lolWere on the fourth floor and walked four flights of steps! LolAll good though; we got a good work outMaybe specify there are steps and no elevator!!Lol ! Our trip was awesome!

The property was clean and spacious for a large group. We had a nice stay. Parking was easy to find. The location was convenient, 15 mins away from major attractions - the Orieles stadium, Guinness Brewery, and Inner Harbor.

Excellent place. Felix very helpful, quick response. It is a new place so everything was in great shape. Lots of fancy electronic gadgets which at times I needed help with. Felix answered me right away. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
