We always encourage guests with mobility concerns to review those details carefully to ensure the property is a good fit for their needs.- The front steps are solid concrete and regularly maintained. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. Additionally, we'll pass this information along to our cleaning team to ensure future guests do not run into the same issues. - This is the first we've heard of a “sewage” smell in the home. We do have multiple air fresheners throughout the home, but we'll be sure to evaluate the smell and address it if needed. - We hope you were able to enjoy your stay despite any issues. We will be making updates to our listing to reflect these changes - We are right downtown, which makes for a great location to get to all of the wonderful venues in Baltimore, but noise can sometimes be heard, especially on the day of a Ravens game We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we have created a case to follow up with you on your experience.
