Home and property are very nice. The views are exceptional. Everything was really comfortable and we had everything we needed (and more) for our girls trip. We did not use the hot tub or sauna. Loved the town of Prescott too. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Every was as advertised. Beautiful views, clean property. The communication was outstanding! About 25-30 minutes to downtown Prescott.

Marissa and Jason are both excellent hosts! The property is a 5 star stay and then some. Beautiful home in an awesome location. The home was extremely clean and up to date with all the Modern amenities. We had a wonderful time there. We will be definitely booking this home again.

Great property with incredible views and very private. Clean and well maintained. Easy check in. All king beds, nice linens/towels/blinds, ginormous LR TV, and wifi worked just fine. We will be back!

Love this house

This house was so beautiful. The big windows and porch leave nothing to want. It was so relaxing to soak in the hot tub after hiking all day. It is fully equipped with anything one would need. We had fun with the ping pong too.

tThis home is one of a kind. Perched on a hill above the town of Dewey, this home has views that go on and on and on. You can sit and watch wildlife, the weather and lights to Prescott Valley. A very short drive to Mortimar farms and Prescott, it's truly and special place. Marissa very accommodating and responsive. Thank you again.

Wonderful hosts

Overall a good stay and would recommend if you don’t mind driving 30 mins to Prescott and staying indoors mainly. The hosts were quick to reply and it was a simple check in and check out. Place was clean but the jacuzzi was not. The host did get it cleaned out almost immediately. Our main issue was the WiFi was terribly slow and could barely get Netflix to work throughout our stay.

The bedrooms, bathrooms, and other living spaces were very clean and beautifully decorated. Awesome views of the surrounding valley with power roller shades for your convenience. We didn’t use the hot tub or sauna but both appeared to be clean and in good condition. The home sits on top of a hill with a steep driveway, but was easy to navigate.
