Great place and great views, kitchen, dinning facilities with adequate seating, good wifi, Great TV with cable etc, super deck for enjoying the outdoors. Loved all the added deer that seemed to call this spot home. Everything was very good and just what the family needed and enjoyed. Thank you so very much. Tom

Wonderful property. Wildlife abound, the house is well equipped and it’s amazing peaceful outside. We will continue to stay at this property anytime we come to Prescott

Cozy cabin

We loved our stay in here my kids had so much fun in the forest and we loved that every morning we saw deers in front of the leaving room and also around the house we will definitely stay here again.

Quiet and Serene!

It was a great stay. No issues with the house and the property was exactly what we hoped for, quiet and serene surrounded by the outdoors and wildlife. We will definately stay there again.

We loved the coziness of home. Loved the outsize and location. We enjoyed the wildlife. We hung our hammock up enjoyed the weather. Grandson loved that he could shoot his beebe gun at target already there. Very family friendly. We would will book again.

Peaceful

Great time with family, enjoyed fishing at Goldwater, very peaceful a lot of wildlife, deer, turkeys and Javelina. Glad there were a couple of A/C units.

Nothing beats a family getaway!

We had the most amazing stay at this cabin where the wildlife felt like our personal guests. Spotted wild turkey, a family of deer and even javelinas. Watching the little creatures up close reminded us of nature’s simple joys. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with family- this is a great stay. Lovely time. Look forward to visiting again.

Peaceful place in the pines

Reunion of six friends. Peaceful stay with rest and relaxation. We spent most of our time outdoors around fire pit and outdoor deck, enjoying barbecue and good conversation. Really enjoyed. Thank you!

Peaceful stay away from the business of the city

This home is beautiful and away from all the craziness of the city. We saw so many deer right on the property. The house is close to other homes; however, it feels like you are alone. The drive into town is beautiful and never felt far.

Serenity Now!!

if you need peace and quite, this is the property for you, cabin is well off the main road and you hardly hear cars going by. although the living room and kitchen are small we had no problem with 3 people and would handle 6 easily. Every morning you wake up and welcomed by wild Turkeys, and deer roaming the area (deer almost close enough to touch them. you will want to use an all wheel drive suv or crossover as there is a small hill to climb to the property and cars with low clearance may bottom out. all in all this property is a top 10 for the price, location to town and lake.

Lots of potential

The location and wild life are amazing. The house had been used and not cleaned. Dirty wash clothes and dirty towels in the bathroom. Food in the carpet, seating at the table and in the couch and chairs. We spent the first night trying to vacuum with the poor vacuum that was on site. At the end of the trip we tried to wash our clothes in the old washer and dryer and had to go to a laundromat just to get a load to cycle. Had this place been clean with a functional washer and dryer from the last decade it would have been perfect. Truly an outstanding location!!

We were disappointed to learn that the cleaning was not completed prior to this review as we can be reached 24/7. We would have loved to be able to make immediate corrections.

First impression after opening the door was “ugh what did I get into”. But the old door and dingy worn carpet leads to a beautifully remodeled living area, kitchen and bathrooms. The wall of windows welcome the tall pines swaying in the wind. The deck was the best place to relax and feel as one with the property around you. Gas fire pit on the deck and wood fire pit beyond the deck were there but not used due to wind. King bed in the master is a little soft but there are firmer queens in the other bedrooms. No TV in the bedroom if that’s something you’re used to. Full kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and applicable kitchen tools. Pots and pans were very used and worn beyond useable. We bought charcoal and used the grill on the deck for the two night we were there. Bathrooms stocked well with plenty of good quality towels were appreciated. Water gets nice and hot. Washer and dryer on site but not used. TV in main room has ROKU so you have access to those apps but no local TV. We had deer come right up through property and hung around for photos, always exciting! Would have stayed longer if we had the time. Would stay again.
