Tucked away in the Prescott Valley, it offers peaceful streets, beautifully maintained homes, and wide-open skies that light up at sunrise and glow pink at sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with tree-lined sidewalks perfect for morning walks or evening strolls under the stars.
One of my favorite things about Granville is how connected it feels—close to the heart of Prescott, but far enough away to really relax. There are community parks, walking trails, and even a clubhouse with pools and fitness options if you’re looking for a little more activity. Whether you’re watching the monsoon clouds roll in over the mountains or sipping coffee on the patio with a cool breeze, the pace here is slower in the best way.

We’ve also added bag toss games (cornhole) for a laid-back way to enjoy the outdoors with friends or family. It’s the kind of yard that invites you to kick back, laugh, and make memories.
