What a beautiful home! We could not have had a better experience! The home was incredibly clean and comfortable as well as accommodating everything we needed. If that wasn’t enough, the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. If there was any question or issue it was resolved immediately. The hosts went above and beyond! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and we may since my husband’s parents live nearby. We highly recommend this rental.

Hi, I’m Jordan! I’m originally from Arizona and love everything this beautiful state has to offer—especially the peaceful desert landscapes and cooler mountain towns like Prescott. When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying time outdoors, traveling with my family, or checking out local spots for good food and live music.

Hosting gives me the chance to share the places I love with others. I’ve put a lot of care into this home to make it a relaxing, comfortable stay for guests who want to experience the charm of Prescott and the friendly Granville neighborhood. Whether you’re here to hike, unwind, or explore the local culture, I hope you feel right at home.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Granville is one of those neighborhoods that just feels like home the moment you arrive. Tucked away in the Prescott Valley, it offers peaceful streets, beautifully maintained homes, and wide-open skies that light up at sunrise and glow pink at sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with tree-lined sidewalks perfect for morning walks or evening strolls under the stars.

One of my favorite things about Granville is how connected it feels—close to the heart of Prescott, but far enough away to really relax. There are community parks, walking trails, and even a clubhouse with pools and fitness options if you’re looking for a little more activity. Whether you’re watching the monsoon clouds roll in over the mountains or sipping coffee on the patio with a cool breeze, the pace here is slower in the best way.

Granville is a great home base—close to shops, restaurants, and all the charm of downtown Prescott, but with enough space and quiet to truly unwind. I love sharing that balance with guests.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

What makes this home stand out is the care and thought put into creating a clean, comfortable space where guests can truly unwind. From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice how fresh and well-kept everything feels—something we take pride in.

Outside is where the fun really begins. The backyard features your own private putting green, perfect for some friendly competition or just brushing up your short game while soaking in the Arizona sun. We’ve also added bag toss games (cornhole) for a laid-back way to enjoy the outdoors with friends or family. It’s the kind of yard that invites you to kick back, laugh, and make memories.

It’s the little extras—like how spotless the place is when you arrive, the peaceful neighborhood setting, and the fun backyard touches—that we think really set our place apart. We want you to feel like you’re staying somewhere special, not just another rental.
