We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip. The host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend this home to others!

Absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful and clean. The host was so kind and helpful. All we had to bring was clothes and food. The house had everything else.

This house and property was amazing! Excellent service, plenty of room in the kitchen for people cook and such a short walk to the beach! Would absolutely stay here again. The host was so accommodating and quick to respond! Highly recommend

Sheena was an amazing host! She responds to all messages quickly. The entire Beach House was very clean, beds were comfortable, outdoor spa was great, the entire house has everything you need for a wonderful beach stay. Simply walk down the street and you're at the beach. Close to a grocery store too. There's an outdoor shower, sink and amazing tiki bar! We had an absolutely wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend! 10/10 for sure!!

House was wonderful. Has all that you could possibly need. From Kitchen to Bathroom to toys and chairs for the beach. My family will definitely be back to this home. Host was amazing in responding and checking in with us. The only thing was master bedroom there is a motion light for front door. Goes on and off when others stay up later . Other than that plenty of room and wonderful location. Family had a blast . Thanks Sheena

This house and location were amazing. Sheena was even better. The house sits on a small street that leads straight to beach access. Sheena provided more beach towels, kid's toys, and grown-up beach toys than we could use. 2 beach carts and loads of games for the house, as well. Her care and attention to detail was evident throughout the house and during our stay. She was very quick to respond to any question that I had, replying literally within a minute or 2 each time that I messaged. She is personable, warm, and provides a truly welcoming home. This was my first VRBO experience, and Sheena has set such a high bar that I'm afraid staying anywhere else will only lead to disappointment. We've certainly found our Crystal Beach spot.

We decided to go to Crystal Beach for a last minute short stay for Spring Break. It was the perfect house for our family of 6. The check in process was a piece of cake, thanks to the host. The home was easy to find and convenient to several places to eat and shop. Sheena offered some suggestions of places to eat and she was spot on. Tia Juanitas was great! The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything you could need to feel at home. The kids loved using a few of the sand toys to take to the beach and my husband and I appreciated the chairs provided. The beach is a super easy, pleasant walk. I absolutely recommend staying at this home and we will definitely choose this home when we return!!

Beautiful house and great location!

We rented the hosue to celebrate my sons graduation and birthday. The house was clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The amenities this house offers are top notch. Hot tub, spacious out door area, BBQ pit, and even outdoor games. We rent a beach house every year if not several times and this has been one of the best we've stayed in and definitely the best at this price point. The host was very easy to talk to and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Family weekend get away

Absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for my family weekend trip! Had everything to keep everyone entertained! Beach toys for the kids, chairs for the grandparents, games and even had a ping pong table and enough room for lounging and relaxing! Definitely will be coming back again! Sheena was a godsend! She was quick and responsive for all questions and was able to accommodate a late check out with no problems! I would recommend to friends and family in the future!

The Perfect Beach Escape!

Our stay at this beach home was absolutely perfect! The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated in a coastal style, with all the beach and tiki amenities you could ever want. Its location, just steps from the beach, made it easy to enjoy the gorgeous surroundings.Even a rare January Texas snow day couldn’t dampen our fun! The wide, run-able sand is ideal for a morning sunrise jog, and cruising down the beach by car for the sunset is an experience not to be missed.The owner was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or checking in during the storm, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.With so many rental options along the Texas coast, this house stands out as one you don’t want to miss. It’s truly a gem, and we can’t wait to return!

Fall Weekend on the Beach

This house is amazing. We found the house very clean and exactly per the pictures. We were a party of 11 (w/ 4 kids) and all slept comfortably considering the max listed is 12. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. A grocery store is just down the road. The best feature, to us, was the very large kitchen and living room. This house is PERFECT for a large group with tons of sitting inside and out to the 20 chairs in the garage you can take to the beach and the red wagon definitely helps bringing them all. There are many outdoor toys and shovels / buckets. The grill was in great condition, and there is an outdoor shower and sink to help get rid of the sand. A nice addition not shown are the lockable gates on top and bottom of the stairs, and we could let out toddler roam the top deck without much worry.

Overall, this was one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at—hands down, it’s a must-see. The host truly understands what it takes to make a property comfortable for guests, whether they’re enjoying a full vacation, taking a few days to unwind, or stopping between destinations while traveling. When I say she provides amenities to spare, I mean it. Everything we needed was available, and the property was otherwise perfect.There are just a few things future guests and the host should be aware of. I recommend bringing your own beach chairs, as some previous guests appear to have broken a few of the chairs shown in the garage amenities photos. All of the other items were in good condition and ready to use.There are also a couple of minor maintenance items that should be addressed. A few nail heads on the stairs need to be hammered down, so guests should be careful when using the steps. The pedestal fan should also be replaced because its legs are bent and unstable; my son received a small cut from it. Fortunately, it was nothing serious.None of these issues took away from our overall experience or gave us a reason to lower our rating. Everything else was exceptional, and this property absolutely deserves five stars. You won’t be disappointed—trust me!One other thing, if you've never stayed in a house built on stilts you can sometimes feel it move, but you have to really sit still. Its not scary or nothing is wrong with it. this happens. Again We had a freaking BLAST!

We had a great time. It was in a good location, short walk to the beach. Had plenty of room and activities to do. It has a cool tiki bar and outdoor area. The hot tub was nice.
