This place was ideal! Lots of space, very clean, great amenities, and close to the beach. We came on a girls’ trip and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Would definitely stay here again! Would have loved it if the ice machine in the fridge was working. Also, this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. We didn’t mind it, but if you have littles or trouble with getting around, please consider that. One of our favorite places to stay so far!

Seagrove gem

Very nicely appointed property right off the beach. Easy travel times one way to Grayton or the other direction to Rosemary.

Overall, the property was great, but we were so disappointed in the fact that we could not even stay on the beach because of the biting flies.

Great place!

Very cute condo had everything we needed! Just right for the 8 of us! Close proximity to everything. The only complaint we had was it says only 200 yds to the beach in the booking description but you can't set your stuff up there because its a private beach you have to walk a good ways down the beach to the public beach. I definitely think that should be disclosed on the description of the condo so people will be aware. They did offer a shuttle cart but we had 2 large wagons that didn't fit on the shuttle cart so needless to say it was quite the haul from the room all the way down to the public beach where you could actually set up. Management was also very quick to respond to a minor issue we had. Overall great stay!!
