It was very clean. Beach view was great. That balcony was very nice a roomy. I wish the advertisement for the free beach chair and umbrella would said you have to set it up yourself and the tent was bulky and never used. The advertising was a little deceiving on that part but everything was good.

This is our second stay at this property. It is a great location, nicely furnished, and perfectly clean. The beach chairs are always a deciding factor. We left two days early to avoid the hurricane, and were glad we had not paid extra for chairs we were not able to use. The only items not up-to-date are the bathroom fixtures, and the mattress in the main bedroom. The bathrooms could use a make over, and the mattress should be replaced, as we can feel the metal of the springs. The mattress probably would not be problem for younger people. Water Crest is our favorite place. Everything there is kept clean, and maintained. Love the pool, hot tub, and we are crazy about roll out sidewalk to the chairs. Thanks for a great vacation (even if it was cut a bit short).

Excellent Beachfront Condo with a Stunning View!

What sets it apart is the covered patio with a beautiful view of the gulf. We enjoyed drinking coffee, reading and playing games on the patio. I would highly recommend this condo for your visit to PCB!

Awesome Condo

Loved the balcony area.The only down side was that there was only one working elevator at the Watercrest so It was a pain on check-in and check-out day. Waited 30 minutes for elevator.

Super fast response for any question, everything in the condo was very clean and had plenty of amenities that were in the condo for a great beach stay, including chairs, tent, pack n play, fans. Kitchen was full of utensils and check for the tiki bar cups before going to the tiki bar!

Great Stay.

Enjoyable stay. Had some loud neighbors in the evening with loud balcony music heard all the way to the beach, so if you don’t like sourthern country music then you might be upset. But overall condo was cozy, clean and everything you needed except an iron. The balcony was the best part during a rain storm, with cozy seating for the whole family. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

This condo met all our needs for our 4 night stay! The balcony was the best ever! Comfortable and we hung out there a lot. When we left the couple we traveled with lost her charm bracelet. The agency was kind enough to look for it and ship it to me when It was found. They communicated with us all through out our stay. They were great!

Location is on the quieter side of town. It was easy to cross traffic because of the turning lane as well. We stayed the first week of August and never had to wait on an elevator. Good access to the beach and the included beach chair service was nice. The large balcony was wonderful and had great, comfortable seating. Kitchen appliances were newish, however the utensils were cheap and or had saw better days. I had to wash the pizza pan and dish drainer before they could be used. Living room furniture was pretty comfy, the bar has nice seating and there is plenty of room at the dining table. All 3 of the beds really could have nicer updates mattresses. They were decent but didn’t make for a restful nights sleep. The master bathroom bathtub and toilet area really needs better lighting and is in desperate need of updates. There is hardly room to get in and outta the tub without running into the toilet. The dark shower curtain provided barely any light. The bathroom that wasn’t in the master had a new toilet and is a lot brighter. This would be a wonderful unit if the bathrooms were updated and had new mattresses, pillows and better quality linens as well as better cooking utensils.

A little disappointed for what I paid! We got here after a long day of travel and softball only for the door not to open. By luck after the 20th time we got in while waiting on someone to come see what was wrong. The lock was not installed correctly! Maintenance had to fix it for us. No direct # to contact... Very frustrating we spent an hr trying to get in. The dishwasher is absolutely nasty and does not work. Definitely did not want to have to hand wash dishes on a vacation. The master light switch doesn't work you have to pull the cord hanging from the fan. Beautiful view and patio though....
