Walk to the Charleston Market, Waterfront Park, and explore everything this historic city has to offer.

RESORT ACCESS
Guests enjoy complimentary access to The Wonderer, a 25+ private club with a pool, dining, co-working spaces, and a gym.

The Space:
The East Bay Stay is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator or staircase. This contemporary space offers an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. The living room is perfect for relaxing, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent is the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, elegant countertops, and a full sized table for hosting. Additionally, there are two workspaces & high speed internet, making it perfect for remote-workers!

Each of the two generously sized bedrooms is a private retreat, complete with en-suite bathrooms featuring modern fixtures, walk-in showers, and sleek vanities. The master suite offers added luxury with a spa-like bathroom and ample closet space. A convenient half-bath is located off the main living area for guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours prior to arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. In case of any technical issues, a physical key will be available on-site as a backup.

Just minutes away, this 2-acre downtown oasis offers a resort-style pool, cabanas, a gym with daily fitness classes, spa amenities, co-working spaces, onsite dining, and an exciting calendar of events.

Reservations are required and availability is limited—especially during peak season—so we recommend booking early. A link to reserve your complimentary day pass will be provided after booking.

The Neighborhood:
The French Quarter is Charleston’s most picturesque and romantic neighborhood. Surrounded by art galleries, historic churches, and cobblestone streets, it captures the city’s old-world charm. You're steps from Waterfront Park and some of the best dining in town. It's perfect for strolling and sightseeing. This area blends culture, history, and elegance in one walkable district.

Getting Around:
Walking and biking are the preferred modes of transportation when downtown, but other options include: Uber, Lyft, and Charleston Black Cab Company.

The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 2 blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Other Things to Note:
PETS - As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property.

SMOKING - No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

NOISE - Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 10pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors. Some of the older properties have that sound travels and we do not refund for noise related issues, that should remain.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
