This older Bungalow is a delight! Great location to PMC with nice restaurants within walking distance. Neighborhood was quite and felt safe.

Austin was very responsive with our questions about the area and house. The house and location were perfect for our family; we were able to cheer on our swimmer downtown at the MAC, walk to coffee/breakfast, and dinner.

Such a great day! My favorite part was the walk, ability to different dining and shopping options. The neighborhood felt really safe and was absolutely adorable.

Great property near everything we needed to do. Very clean, comfortable beds and safe area. A/C worked very well which was needed and appreciated during our stay. The walk or run around Independence Park is worth it.

Our trip to Charlotte & stay in the Elizabeth Bungalow was great. The property was as described on the VRBO site. The house was very clean, definitely much better than our last rental in CLT. The furnishings & the decor were tasteful and a touch eclectic, which was a fun twist. The house is old, but has been nicely redone and updated in all the right places (e.g., the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice). Kitchen was well stocked, but maybe could have used a few more wine glasses. You could hear some light traffic from the highway during rush hour when outside, but not noticeable inside and a very quiet area the rest of our stay. Walkable to a ton of stuff, which is a plus. Due to the remnants of Hurricane Isaias coming thru on Saturday, we really could not enjoy the screened porch / backyard much but they would be nice to have available for future visits. Beds were comfortable and provided linens and towels good quality. We liked the two separate living areas as well, although used the one in the back of the house more due to its proximity to the kitchen. Nice to have a separate area if you have a full house staying there. Only small glitch is that the VRBO site / app did not update with some of the usual check-in info (e.g., WiFi info, check out instructions, etc.). Do not think this was the host's issue and he quickly provided these via direct messages, so no huge deal. Overall, very nice home & would not hesitate to stay here again for any future CLT trips.

Lovely location

The house was very lovely and felt large, offering lots of comfortable seating areas and allowing our family to spread out. The location is terrific with easy access to 7th St in Elizabeth as well as Plaza Midwood.

Great home in a great location

The home was beautiful and in a perfect location. Communication with Austin prior to abd during the dtay was terrific. The weekend couldnt have gone any better

Couple friends getaway

I'd love for the person responsible for this home to come and decorate my house! Absolutely beautiful decor, clean house, great space (love the screened porch), and comfortable beds! Quick and easy communication with property manager. Definite recommend!

Attractive and clean house. Had to contact owner to be let in, code wasn't working as he said it would. We never got hot water in the main shower, but otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.
