Welcome to Riverview where you will enjoy privacy and beautiful views of the Fraser River from this stylish retreat.
This one-bedroom condo is equipped with a pillow soft queen-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, full kitchen, bathroom, electric fireplace, & patio.
Located directly across from a ski shuttle stop and a short walk to Winter Park's Main St. lined with shops and dining.
This completely remodeled condo is a short five-minute walk to downtown and is easily accessible to the Fraser River, outdoor space, ski shuttle, Rec-Center and free parking lot. The end unit, second-floor location offers tranquility and beautiful views of the Fraser River. With a private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the family room, the 490 square foot space can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
You will have a private bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper in the family room.
Relax on the large patio overlooking the Fraser River with a bistro set for two. The entryway has a convenient ski/ board storage area for your coats and gear. The living space has a queen size leather sofa sleeper (with an upgraded memory foam mattress), comfy leather lounging chair and an electric fireplace. Enjoy the ambience of a fire with a simple flip of a switch! You will enjoy secure high-speed Wi-Fi and a 55” Sony Smart TV equipped with cable and streaming apps. The full kitchen has a dishwasher, dining space with three bar stools, dishes and glassware for six, a Keurig coffee brewer, french press, toaster, blender, tea kettle, crock pot, cooking utensils, pots, pans and bake-ware. If you want to stay-in and cook, you’ll have everything you need. Cooking spices, oatmeal, coffee, hot cocoa, tea, coffee mate and sugar are also provided. The bedroom has a TV and a closet with plenty of space for storing your clothing and luggage. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, a hair dryer, q-tips, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, towels, and washcloths.
*The free local bus (The Lift) will pick you up right across the street (in front of building 22 or at the Rec-Center) to take you to the Winter Park Ski Resort. We recommend downloading The Lift Rider app for real-time bus location and estimated arrival times.

Parking: Should you have multiple cars, please utilize one of the three 24-hour overflow parking lots within the complex.
Travel Delay/ Cancellation: Weather conditions in Colorado can change with very little warning and be extreme. Guest understands and accepts this travel related risk. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund outside of our cancellation policy timeline. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) exists to ensure that Colorado has a safe transportation system by maintaining interstates and highways. Please check the CDOT website for weather and road conditions.
Winter Park Short-Term Rental Registration No. 018372
Guests will have access to the Rec Center, parking lot and entire condo; with the exception of the owner's closet in the hallway and locked storage area on the patio.

Winter Park is a resort destination tucked away high in the Colorado Rocky Mountains and is the closest major ski resort to the Denver metropolitan area.
BUS The free local shuttle, The Lift, runs from 7 am – 2 am daily. This free service will transport you wherever you want to go in Winter Park & Fraser. Download The Lift Rider App to view the real-time location of the bus, get estimated arrival times, and set stop reminders. Visit playwinterpark online for more details. TRAIN On winter weekends, the Winter Park Express “ski train” operates from Denver’s Union Station to the base area of Winter Park Resort. The ride takes approximately two hours. Visit the amtrak website for more details. CAR Driving times: (without traffic) 1 hour 45 minutes from Denver International Airport 9 minutes to the Winter Park Ski Resort 45 minutes to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park 40 minutes to Grand Lake.
The ski shuttle bus pick-up and dumpsters are conveniently located (across the street) in front of building 22. The Rec-Center is located between building 3 and the outdoor playground. The Rec-Center is also a ski shuttle bus stop.
