Hilltop Manor- Views - Family Home/Private - Pool and Spa

Bring the whole family to this great location nestled above the town of Mariposa with incredible views! With room for a large group, you'll also enjoy the in-ground pool and spa and kids play/craft room. Cook meals in our newly remodeled kitchen and enjoy complimentary coffee in the mornings.

Mariposa is the closest substantial town to Yosemite's west entrance via Arch Rock, with only a 35 minute drive to the entrance.

The property includes two free-standing rentals (Hilltop Manor and a smaller building called Treetop Villa) about 30 feet away from one another. The property also includes a free-standing studio where the property supervisor lives and is available to support with any technical or emergency needs. A hundred yards away is an outbuilding that occasionally hosts exercise classes that are available to guests. Otherwise, there are no neighbors in sight and no one else on the 100-acre property, though the town of Mariposa is only a 5 minute drive away!

We had a wonderful and memorable stay with our little ones. So super clean, space for a workstation (if needed), swimming and wonderful views. We loved everything about this home. We hope to visit again soon, thank you for everything.

Such a wonderful place ! The view from the porch , the house , just perfect.. Fully equipped, don’t have to worry about all the details . 1 hour to the park entrance or one hour to the giant sequoias , so worth it . We enjoyed every minute !

A trip thru the 80s decor in an oversized house! Supersize baths and shower, closets, a huge kitchen filled with dishes and glassware, pots and pans, bakeware, utensils, coffee maker, Nespresso, spices. Lovely but chilly swimming pool and hot-hot tub with good jets. Wonderful deck to hang out and watch the birds and wildlife against the distant hills. We enjoyed fabulous sunsets out front and the Milky Way at night. Everything was clean. Just know that it's about an hour from Yosemite which was ok for us, we left early so no entry lines and we enjoyed a day trip. The next day was spent in Wawona, also about an hour away, to see the Sequoia and museum. Great to have an e car charger as we came in a brand new E car with no real idea how far the charge would last in the mountains with 4 adults and their suitcases. There are chargers all over - in the park and towns along the way which we never had to use, Mariposa is a cute town with an amazing museum and good restaurants

We had an amazing time at Hilltop Manor. It was very well set up for our group of 5; plenty of space, all the amenities, and a kitchen with awesome counter space and layout for cooking for a group. The grill ran out of propane and the hosts were very responsive and got us a new cylinder in 30min. Would definitely stay here again!

They have thought of everything!

This was a beautiful large rancher that was perfect for our family of 8 and the hosts thought of everything. It was incredibly clean and functional. Only 60 minutes from Yellowstone Valley gate, extremely convenient. Can't wait to return!

Nice house in a good location!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our Yosemite adventures. It was also close to town but you would not know it. The house had plenty of room for our family and very well equipped. We all enjoyed the pool and spa after long days of hiking in the park.

Great Family Occasion

Such a great place for a family gathering! My brother’s family lives in town and my sister and I and our adult kids came for nephew’s graduation from Mariposa High School. It was perfect. Convenient, comfortable, excellent spot for us to all spend time together.

Mountain Peace

This is a wonderful place very peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. Very well organized and prepared for you to enjoying being home. We enjoyed cooking out at the pool and some amazing sunsets.

Lovely stay in Mariposa

We absolutely loved our stay - the house was just as described, but the views and setting were even better than expected. The house was extremely well supplied with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. The property manager responded to questions very quickly and we would stay there again for sure. My only regret is we didn’t book for longer!

Yosemite with family from TN

We loved this place. It is beautiful. Lots of space for lots of people and it was very kid friendly. They came to our rescue with a stroller-we had forgot ours. Could have stayed longer just to relax and enjoy.

Yosemite visit

Great location, we had to wake up early to beat the crowd but we did and had no problem getting bikes in Yosemite and visiting the park. It was lovely to come back to the pool to refresh and relax. Great layout, plenty of space to spread, nice view. Would return in a heart beat!
