This first-floor beachfront property was absolutely perfect for our family! Waking up to ocean views from every single room was incredible, and being just steps away from the sand made beach days completely effortless. We really liked a private, not crowded beach.

Had a great time at this condo. Clean and couldn’t ask for a better location of the room. Lowest floor and on the end making it convenient to get back to the car or head to the beach. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay here everything was perfect minus a couple minor things. If you are looking to stay within walking distance of many restaurants then this is not the place for you this unit is more on the quiet end. The minor things with the unit I have listed below:The air in both rooms just didn’t work as well as the rest of the unit the rooms were kind of warm. The paint was chipping from the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. The broom/mop could be updated a little bit the broom was very worn made it hard to keep the sand swept up off the floor Overall I would definitely book this place again.

Hi Andrew, thanks for your detailed review, I appreciate your comments and will look into the issues raised. We are at the quiet end of the beach but opposite the new Mcguires Irish pub and also we have Coconuts next door for a great breakfast. Sandpiper Beacon is also next door with a beachside Tiki Hut bar plus Pier Park is only 1 mile to the east with a fantastic choice of restaurants. Happy Hour at Salty Sues is a personal favorite too !

The Condo was just a short walk to the beach and the near by shops.Our check in time was accurate with no hassle.Will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay away from our normal routine of life. Weather and the Gulf were very nice. The condo was perfectly located for our needs.

We did not receive the email with checking instructions . Check in was @4 and we tried for over an hour to get in touch with Denise for check-in code. No responce . We contacted VRBO and they were extremely helpful offering us another place to stay if there was no response in an hour . After an hour and half of calling Denise … she answered. We got the code and an apology . My girls traveled over 19 hours to arrive and were not able to get in until 5:15(instead of 4). I requested VRBO to contact the owner so that they may be aware of Denise’s lack of responsibility (not sending the welcome email with instructions and check in code) as well as she seemed unconcerned that we had to wait almost hour and half . I am a business owner 26 years and customer service is EVERYTHING . Considering it was a 1700 stay, and no compensation from owner or manager (host) …I was not pleased ! Also , bedrooms are on opposite ends of the center kitchen/living area , and they were miserably hot at night , so none of got good sleep . We went and bought fans it was still uncomfortable . We lowered temp and kept doors open -still hot at night . Condo was nice and close to beach .

I was very surprised to receive this 2 star review and would like to address it in detail. I pride myself on my customer service and am genuinely sorry that the guest's daughter had to wait an hour to check in, I'm sure that was very frustrating and sincerely hate that happened. VRBO had recently changed their method of sending check in instructions, I was unaware of this change, which was my fault. I had also sent an introductory email with check in instructions but the guest may not have received that. I apologized to the guest and to her daughter, and later checked with the guests daughter later, who replied with some lovely pictures and gave no indication she was unhappy with myself or the condo. I did not receive a request for any refund from VRBO or the guest. I feel the rate of $184.50 per night was very good value for a holiday weekend, although I appreciate taxes and fees do raise the final price to the guest. Regarding the bedrooms being at opposite ends of the condo, I hope that is clear from my listing details, and is considered a plus by most guests as it affords each bedroom more privacy. I did not know there was any issue with the air as there was no communication from the guest, if I had known I could have addressed that for her. I am very sorry the guest was unhappy and always do my best to help with any issues that may arise during a vacation as I appreciate you have a choice and you chose our condo ! Regards Denise

We had a wonderful stay. No issues with check in. It was so easy and the unit was easy to get to. Parking was close and had nos issues with that. Easy beach access. Beautiful views from all rooms in the unit. Would definitely stay here again

Loved this place. Felt at home. Close to the beach, not crowded. Family watched the fireworks from several piers from the beach in front of the condo. Amazing! Would stay here again for sure. Property manager was very fast responding when I had questions. Super nice.

Great location, exactly as described in the listing, beautiful view, and lots of space to spread out! Grocery store was close by and there’s a gift shop across the road. Beds were comfortable. Various parts of the condo need some TLC but nothing too bad. Saw some spiders but the host was quick to send someone with spray and to clear the webs. Under the beds and in corners were dirty but we only noticed that due to looking to make sure there weren’t any more spiders! Host was easy to communicate with, easy to get ahold of, and quick to help resolve any issues I reached out about.

The view was beautiful. Parking was not an issue. The location was central to things to do with a few restraunts across the street as well as an ice cream shop and candy store. Easy access to the condo from the parking location. The condo was clean. The beds in the double room would be my only “issue”. They were not comfortable and each had a dip in the middle. My husband and I slept on the couch. Overall, great place to stay and will definately be back.
