This was our second time staying here. All the rooms were exceptionally clean. Our host was great and answered all the questions we had. The bedrooms are nice and large and the beds are comfortable. This is a convenient location for us. The Walmart is down the street, Walgreens is close by, fast food, and the highway. I definitely recommend this VRBO, and most likely when we return to this area will be renting this again. I rated it as excellent!!!!

We had a wonderful stay during a work training. The house was clean and worked out well during our stay. The in-suite bathrooms were perfect, as we each had our own. Owners had excellent communication. The location was perfect.

Great place to stay
This townhouse was situated perfectly for our needs! Quiet neighborhood and was safe to go running in the area. Townhouse had everything that we needed. Very clean and tidy. Love that we had good off street parking. Excellent communication from the agency also!

I like that it was in a normal neighborhood and that I could see the Library from the kitchen. I used that Library so much when we lived in O'Fallon. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable! Loved the Keurig!

Perfect for my needs
Two story townhouse on a cul-de-sac. Had a quick stay and was nice. Temperature of house was good, safety and fenced in backyard was nice. Comfortable bed and enjoyed the separate desk upstairs by the bedroom for a work area. Bathrooms are a little small but work great and met my needs fine.

Great place with an actual garage guests can use. Very quiet, end unit. Had some issues getting in and then locking up but management was able to get it corrected. Smoke Arlan went off at night, of course, but I was able to get it disconnected. Alerted management. Management was available 24/7.

Great, clean, comfortable place with great host
The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were all quality products that worked well. Also nice were the chairs on the back patio, and the fact the backyard was fenced for privacy. The host was very responsive to any communication. The location was good and the price was right. I highly recommend this townhome, and would definitely stay again.

Good communication from host. We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. It was very comfortable for us. Both bedrooms have comfortable kind beds, one firmer than the other, which was perfect for us. Fenced back yard was handy for our dog to be able to go out. Dames park is just a few minutes away by car (less than 5) and we went there nearly every day to walk our dog. Our only suggestion would maybe be a more comfortable sofa. We appreciated the availability of the washer and dryer and it was also very nice to be able to park in the garage.

5-star Excellent/I enjoyed my stay!
My husband and I came into town from Alabama for the yearly family reunion. This was our first time in renting like this. We were very impressed. The townhome was extremely clean. We were provided with towels and everything we needed in the kitchen area. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We had two very small dogs we traveled with and they had a nice size fenced in back yard to run in. We had the use of a washer/dryer. I highly recommend this property. We hope to be renting this again next year. We give it a 5 star rating!!!!
