Home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home is clean and spacious. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed using the foosball and pool tables. We were in town for a memorial service at Cottle Village which was 10 minutes away. I highly recommend visiting Cottle Village as well as other restaurants and shops in the Cottleville area. Owners were very welcoming and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

House is nearby O’Day Lodge & Park with easy access to highways as we were in town for wedding. Host is communicative throughout visit. Enjoyed trails, Top Golf & Main Event with conveniences of food & stores close.

We spent the holidays with my 2 adult children and had a wonderful time. We spent a lot of time playing pool in the basement. The property manager was very communicative and friendly! They responded promptly and called us to let us know about a scheduled maintenance appointment. We will be staying here again in the future.

Great house

We traveled to the area for a baseball tournament in Chesterfield which is very close by. This House is quiet, clean and peaceful. Has very basic necessities in the kitchen.

Work house

Great Location and Neighborhood

The house is spacious and the beds and furniture are comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable in the subdivision which is very good for us as daily hikers. The only thing missing from the home, that we needed, was pots and pans. We had to borrow some from our daughter who lives nearby. Easy check in and check out. Will book this again on our next visit to the area.

It’s a great house. Extremely clean and conveniently located to shopping and easy access to the highways. My recommendation would be add tvs in the bedrooms/basement and blankets for the living room. If you like to watch TV in bed - there is only 1 tv and that is in the living room. No lamps only large overhead lights. No blankets so if you are cold watching tv, you have to remove the comforter from the bed. The host was always quick to respond. The grill did not work, so I bought a charcoal grill and left it for future guest. The kitchen has the BARE minimum for utensils. Not the best pots/pans for cooking. Thankfully we had chairs so we could set outside. We loved the pool table and enjoyed it. I would recommend chairs, tv or atleast a radio for the basement.

Perfect stay for family!

We’re so glad we chose this home for our trip to St. Louis! The location was perfect with quick access to Creve Coeur Soccer Park & an easy drive to St. Louis & surrounding areas. The neighborhood is quiet & beautiful! This home is incredibly spacious, clean and upgraded with stylish modern decor that made me so happy to live in (temporarily!). The large basement with pool table was especially fun for us & our adult children; we made use of that everyday! All said, however, the biggest compliment I have for this property is the easy, friendly, TIMELY communication with our host throughout our stay. She responded immediately to our questions/needs making this possibly the best rental property I’ve ever stayed in. I highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in/near St Louis!
