Wonderful neighborhood location in St. Peters to relax and unwind from daily activities. Close to restaurants and shopping and easy access to St. Louis sites and activities.Tim, our host, was very friendly and responsive, providing dining suggestions and making sure that we were comfortable at the rental.The property was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was excellent with newer appliances and well appointed. Plus games, pool table, and dart board offered great activities at the end of the day.Next time we stay in St. Louis, this location will be at the top of our list.

Very cute older house and comfortable for up to 8 adults. The futon downstairs wasn’t good to sleep on not even for a child. The bathrooms need a good cleaning and new shower curtains as they were moldy at the bottom. Towels are provided but some are stained and look dirty and should probably be replaced. The water filter in the fridge needs to be replaced. The kitchen blinds need repaired. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils and cooking equipment to use. It was a very convenient location and quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again when in town.

The house was very clean and comfortable and in good shape. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. Nice backyard/patio area. Nice neighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to be sure all was alright. We definitely recommend this place and would consider staying again.

The host was excellent, super responsive, and checked in a few times during our extended stay to see if we needed anything. The house is lovely, spacious, and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery, pots, pans, etc for cooking. The couches and beds are comfortable, good WiFi, and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to stay here again if we are back in the St Peters area.

Immaculate scent-free property! Quality appliances including a huge microwave, kettle & toaster. Easy access to large garage. Downtown STL is a 40-minute drive & we were so busy exploring that we slept soundly every night on the nice firm mattress with ample lovely linens. No energy to even peek into the downstairs “play room”. Highly recommend reserving a by-donation guided tour of the Cathedral Basilica’s amazing 41-million mosaic tiles & Tiffany stained glass.

The property owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The home was perfectly kept, amazingly clean and comfortable to stay in. Next time my friends and I plan a weekend trip to STL we will stay here!

Overall this property fit our needs well. We used to live nearby, and we were in town visiting family. We had the option of renting 2 hotel rooms or a home for our nearly week long stay. The price was right for this home! We appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, garage parking, a pool table downstairs, and a lovely outdoor patio with cafe lights. We also appreciated the seemingly endless hot water, excellent water pressure, fans in the bedrooms, and luxury-feel towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Not very many rentals provide these upgrades! Now the reason why I rated it 4/5 stars is because the home wasn’t quite as we expected. The downstairs was not finished out as well as the upstairs. It has a low drop ceiling that obviously had been hit out of place/damaged repeatedly by pool table cues. The “bedroom” downstairs is tiny with NO windows. The 1/2 bath on that level has a damaged drop ceiling with obvious water damage. The vanity clearly received that water damage and the toilet was not quite level to the floor. My major concern about having anyone sleep in the basement is there are NO windows/walk-out door…..nothing for a fire escape. The steep stairs to the kitchen is the only way out. There were also some cleanliness issues (like wet towels left in washer)that I do believe were caused by a cleaner that did not complete their job. We spoke with the manager of the property, and I do believe they will resolve the problem for future guests

Friends for 50 years gathering

This was the perfect location to get together with old friend who now live in 4 different states. Plenty of room for all and clean and comfortable. Lovely neighborhood and close to fun places to explore!
