A very comfortable bed for sleeping! And a cool location with lots to do nearby. Very clean and convenient place to stay. We will be back!

This unit was the perfect stay for visiting my daughter who lives in Minneapolis. It was clean, bright, inviting and cozy. It is true to its description.

Very nice and clean unit in the new building. Unit is located on the ground floor but due to the slope of the street have a balcony overlooking park. Kitchen is very well equipped, and all appliances are new and in excellent condition. We stayed for 4 days during extremely hot days in July and AC was very effective to keep apartment comfortable. We found location very convenient and close to everything we needed. Street parking was OK – never had any issues finding a place close to the building.Definitely will book again when visiting Minneapolis.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Minneapolis VRBO. The neighborhood was very nice and felt safe. There was always plenty of parking on the street. The location couldn't be beat, close to the lakes, parkways, falls, restaurants, shopping, both uptown and downtown, and easy access to the freeway. The apartment was so clean and modern - it was like new. It had everything, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, coffee and tea etc. The patio overlooking the park was the best part for having coffee and breakfast in the mornings. The floors and walls were rock solid and we did not hear anything from the other apartments. The AC was ice cold, however, it did not work temporarily, but it was repaired promptly. The communication with the staff was excellent and they were available 24/7. Overall we were very, very pleased and would absolutely stay there again!

Weekend get away

We had a wonderful stay! A few things that we thought might have been helpful: advanced notice of on street parking, more ice trays in the freezer.We loved the unit and it had everything we needed. The furnishings and design were clean and colorful. The bathroom felt super clean and spacious. I greatly appreciate the coffee supplies!

The property was as advertised: clean, attractive, well planned layout and accommodations! The host was easy to communicate with, responding promptly prior to our stay—very helpful. Check in was somewhat of a hassle. We could not find the lockbox with the key. After we messaged the host and realized we may have to wait some time to hear back while we were standing at the door., we called VRBO CARE who made the connections quickly for us. We were very pleased with the accommodations once we were settled in. It was a perfect location for us. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. But because the bed was too soft, sleep was difficult. That’s not an option for us.

A modern abode in an older neighborhood; you get the feel of South Minneapolis with the convenience of the accustomed electrical outlets, lighting, windows & ventilation! The kitchen outfitted with just the bare necessities: coffee, pots & pans, salt & pepper. There is no bakeware, cooking spray, condiments, etc. The location is ideal: less than a mile away from Lake Harriet & a grocery store. Coffee shops, restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. The owner was responsive when notified there were no paper towels or coffee filters. The exercise room had just what we needed-free weights, mats, as well as cardiovascular machines.

We loved how clean and comfortable our room was; everything was new and well cared for. There wasn't a single thing we could complain about. None. The location was perfect with dining options on the same block, easily walkable. If we come again, we'll stay here.

Great location. Very clean. Good for two people but not ideal for any kind of gathering as the couch sitting area was very small. More like a chair. We stay several times a year in Minneapolis and would stay again. Only real complaints were the high deposit hold of 5,000!! Or you have to opt for damage coverage making it not as affordable as advertised but overall we liked our stay here very much
