This is an excellent beachfront property for a large group - There are plenty of bedrooms, the elevator was in operating order, and the kitchen is large and well equipped. Our only negative comments are that there were no blankets provided and that all bedrooms except one have a king size bed - For our group, it would have been better to have at least one more room with more than one bed

The property was great and the realty company was helpful. The upstairs balcony doors would not lock. The reality company came out but they could not make them lock either. The microwave was broken. The reality company provided a temporary one. The stove didn't work, but we discovered it was the breaker. The elevator stopped working (which was a huge need for the elderly). We emailed, but no one ever came out to look at it. Overall, we were very pleased, but there were some things that needed to be attended to.

The description of the house was not accurate. We wanted a private pool. It was not heated nor could you pay extra to heat! So we could not use. The hot tub did not work…said it was a kiddie pool

We really enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful and we enjoyed the open spaces. The hot tub did not get hot and that was disappointing but the pool was great.
