Please note: Pool and Recreation Deck will closed for upgrading in 2025-2026. No refund or discount will given during this period. The Condo is located one block from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. The unit offers luxury living with great canal, mountain and golf course views. It is fully remodelled with natural stone tile floor, granite counter tops, and a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. There are two separate entrances to the bathroom from the bedroom and living room.

Only a short walk takes you to the golf course, restaurants, shops, parks, the Honolulu Zoo, the International Market Place and bus stops. Honolulu International Airport is only a 25 minute drive.

The property is well maintained with a excellent recreation deck that has a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis court and a children's playground. There is also free covered parking, free local and long distance phone calls to US Mainland and Canada. Free internet access is also included. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi may closed for maintenance or emergency repairs at anytime without advanced notice. There will be no refund or discount if this happens during guests' stay.

Hawaii is a beautiful place here on earth. We love the weather, the location and the people. The most important thing is that the people are extraordinarily friendly so we are content to spend a lot of our own free time here.

Well appointed with mountain views

Slice of paradise

Lovely, clean, close to everything -- perfect for a week in O'ahu!Check in was smooth, even coming in very late from the airport. Parking included is wonderful. Stocked with everything we needed for the trip. Thank you for including the beach chairs and umbrellas! Super responsive and helpful when needed. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Great decision

We’ve never stayed at a VRBO before but this was much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. Property was as advertised and the owner answered questions or concerns ahead of time. Very easy check in with instructions given. Only drawback was the slow elevators in the building

Anniversary in Paradise

The condo was exactly as advertised. Kitchen fully loaded and functional. Bed was super comfortable. Nice bathroom and living space. Lanai had great views of the mountains. On site parking was fantastic since we rented a car. The staff were very nice and helpful when we had questions and the building facilities and amenities were great as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Great central location

This location is a great starting place for your O'ahu adventure. Close to all the Waikiki action and the beach is a very easy walk of a block and a half. The condo was clean, bright and well stocked with everything you'd expect. Host Debbie was perfect. Thanks for for a wonderful stay!

Great spot

The unit was perfect for our quick stay to drop off our son at school. Its close to the beach, restaurants and the University. The communication was great and parking was easy with the provided parking pass. Will definitely be back again. Thank you.

Great Mountain View, Clean and comfortable

Very good communication with the host and the condo management team. Comfortable and enough space for 2 adults. Elevators are often crowded, complicated by the ongoing maintenance and refinements putting added load on the system. Convenient and safe parking facility.

We'll be back!

This place was absolutely perfect for a couple or small family. It is walkable to the beach, restaurants, the zoo, Diamond Head, etc. It is well stocked and clean. We made use of the beach gear and and having a parking spot was so convenient. It was very easy to get in/out of the building. The coffee shop downstairs was an added bonus. Thank you! We will be back!

Comfortable apartment, close to beach and The Bus

When free parking and a full kitchen is at a premium, as it is in Waikiki, you want an apartment like this one. Just a block away from the beach, public transport and less than a 10 minute walk to the zoo, this place is convenient. Free parking was very welcomed and all staff were very helpful. Laundry on premises. There is an on-site manager for the apartment if you have any issues. Pool area is nice, with BBQ facilities. I have no issue recommending this place.

Great view with everything you need

Everything you need is provided and then some. Plenty large for 2 people, and easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. The view of the mountains and golf course is lovely, and especially nice at night with all the city lights. We bought some staples on the way to the condo, because we usually run out of things like TP and tissues, but the condo was well stocked with all the basics, including sun screen! Ours friends staying at another property wished they were staying at our place. We would recommend this property,and would stay again, but our future trips will be to other islands.

Bright

We really enjoyed staying in the condo, it was in a perfect location, we loved being within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The only downside for us was that it was very bright in the mornings and you could feel the heat piercing through the screens on the windows.

Loved the place

We just spent 11 awesome nights at this location. We loved it. Very clean, modern, quiet, comfortable ( the king bed is so great), well stocked with appliances, beach toys and beach accessories. Great location within Waikiki, easy walk to the beach. For early risers, the condo provides awesome sunrise views. Our morning coffee and toast and beautiful views on the lanai was a fantastic and memorable start to our days. Thanks so much. We highly recommend this condo. Debbie was so easy to deal with and so very accommodating. We will return.

My wife and I spent 10 fabulous days and nights at this well appointed and extremely well cared for unit at the end of April. If your looking for an extra clean unit in a well cared for building this is it. The location is perfect. Close to the beaches and all amenities. The staff and guests were all very friendly and helpful. The condo has everything you need at your finger tips. Very close attention to detail in this unit. We were lacking in nothing. Thanks so much for providing us with perfect lodgings at a reasonable price. We look forward to returning in the fall.

Wow, great location, great price with great view!

Wow! This condo is exactly what the description says! It was our home for 10 days while in Waikiki Oahu, it is located in a perfect location. Debbie makes sure you have what you might need for beach fun, this will save money!! We just loved it and will definitely return. Aqua Zone is a good source for snorkel and dive trips, check out turo for car rentals as low as 55 a day and pay a fee to have the car delivered ( pay it, it's worth it) or speedi shuttle is great for getting to and from airport and ABC stores are awesome! If we use turo car rental there again we will have them deliver the car to us at the airport and pick it up there.

Great except for the sofa sleeper!

Great location, very nice condo newly renovated, all appliances available. It was nice to see that we had salt, pepper, oil, etc. But the sofa sleeper... OMG don't even think sleeping on it. I was happy to see that there was a blowable mattress available. We decided to sleep on it instead of the sofa sleeper. So I would say that the condo is ok for a couple, not for 4 adults unless you expect to sleep on a blowable mattress. Location is terrific, only 2 blocks away from Waikiki beach! Parking is free, which was very practical.

I came to Waikiki with my cousin and friend in January of 2009. We stayed in Waikiki Banyan, and all of us loved it there. We then decided to buy a unit as our home away from home.

We think the Waikiki Banyan is one of the best locations for families in all of Hawaii. The people are friendly and helpful and the amenities are great.
