The property is beautiful. House is big and had enough space for everyone. Outdoor space was also very nice. Got to see a perfect sunset! There is a few miles of unpaved road but directions were clear both on the check-in list and on Google map.

The house and property were wonderful!! I loved how it was decorated and how incredibly stocked the kitchen was. We only needed 2bdrms and didn't utilize the kitchen for cooking, but boyyy did I wish we could've cooked our meals there and filled every bedroom! I've never seen a VRBO with a better stocked place. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative and although we had no issues needing addressed (thankfully!), I felt sure they would have jumped right on board to assist. The views from the huge porch were absolutely stunning!!

The house was wonderful and the stars at night were gorgeous and so vivid. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. It was a good spot if you're looking for quiet isolation while still being close to Williams.

Nice getaway stay.

Great place and location. Dana was a great host and customer service and communication were excellent. Loved the deck and sunsets in the evening. Would stay there again.

We came to see the Grand Canyon and surrounding areas for the first time. This was a great location. So quiet and peaceful. The road was pretty washboard while we were there - but it didn't bother us. This was a great place and we would gladly stay here again.

Xmas trip

Great place for a family visiting the Grand Canyon. Hosts were great and very accommodating with a couple of requests. House was well equipped.

The house was located close to Williams and the Grand Canyon which made it convenient for access to food, activities and sight seeing.

Northern AZ get-away hideaway

Great house for 2 families. We're in the area for the Grand canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona. Loved the stars and the deer.

Great Place

This was a great place just outside of Williams towards the Grand Canyon. It allowed us to access both Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon in less than an hour. The house is well appointed and accommodations are nice. Would definitely recommend.

absolutely gorgeous place to stay. lovely house with stunning view. only blankets and comforters not so clean they smelled bad, but we usually take our own so it didn't bothered us.

Wonderful views!

We had 8 in our group ages 3-old! It was spacious, well stocked and very comfortable! The sunsets were gorgeous! We especially appreciated how switches and cupboards were labeled. Very helpful for guests! We would definitely stay again !

Family Getaway

We had a great time at your home!! Our family was extremely comfortable; spacious bedrooms, large stocked kitchen & a great outdoor firepit!!! I highly recommend visiting Bearizona it's well worth the visit. This was a great, clean & well maintained home that fit our Family Vaca Perfectly!!! Thank you!!!

Beautiful place!

The owners were so easy to work with. The home was perfect for a family with children. The roads up to the house were unpaved but not very treacherous. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the way the home was decorated. If we come back to the area again, we’ll definitely stay at this home again.

Off the grid

Great place if you’re looking to be off the grid. Very quiet neighborhood with free range cows and horses. Awesome place to star gaze. Great place to feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere while still being only 20-30 minutes from the main town of Williams!

Amazing

This is exactly as advertised. It's in a remote location with amazing views. The home is very clean and comfortable - stocked with everything we needed. The farmhouse table in the kitchen is beautiful! The owners were very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great large space with breath-taking view

We met my family (parents, brothers and spouses) for a trip to the Grand Canyon. The house was great. The large common space was fantastic for a large group to gather. No one felt crowded. The view from the large deck was amazing. The hosts were extremely kind and very responsive.

Beautiful Cabin close to it all!

This is our second time visiting this cabin and that says it all. Wonderful cabin for 8 that was built with character. The important things are all done just right. Views from the huge deck are beautiful at sunset. Location close to the Canyon, Route 66 and Williams. Hosts are simply amazing and responsive when needed.

Peaceful, private

2nd time staying at this beautifully situated property. Stayed with friends (6 adults in all) and used it as home base for our Rim-to-Rim hike across the GC. Also very easy access to historic Williams without having to stay right in the town. Peaceful, quiet, private solitude in a very well-kept home on a beautiful property! Thank you!

Nice, spacious house near the Grand Canyon

This house did not disappoint. Loran and Dana sent us the property details, including detailed driving directions, and information about the surrounding area. The house was extremely clean and provided a comfortable stay for my family of 6. I will highly recommend this property to friends and if ever in the area again this property will be my first choice if booking through Vrbo.

Enjoyed the little town of Williams, the Grand Canyon and Sedona!

Our family had a great week together exploring the natural beauty of the area. We also fell in love with the town of Williams. The house was set up perfectly for our group. The only issue being with the heat, the central AC didn’t cool off the studio above the garage. A window unit would be helpful.

We'll look into why the upstairs studio room didnt cool down for you as much as the rest of the house. It is likely that servicing the HVAC unit will do the trick, and we can also add a split unit as well. We hope that you are able to visit again in the future. Dana 😊
