We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a great stay! It was very clean and such a cute space. Trey is a thoughtful host and there were nice touches throughout the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Host added several nice touches such as oscillating fans in each bedroom. The location is near many of Homewood’s restaurants and park. One of the best stays we have encountered with VRBO.

Fabulous!

This was a wonderful stay! Location is perfect! Good restaurants and shops within a short walk! Can hear the neighbors upstairs pretty good, but it wouldn’t keep me from returning. Wonderful stay!

Great Place!

Location was ideal- can walk everywhere in Homewood. Also both closets can fit a pack and play so that was great. The place was very clean and cute little touches like pumpkins on the front porch made it feel so homey! We definitely hope to stay here again.

Stay in Homewood

This was the 4th time to stay in Trey's property. As always, it was extremely clean. It is a fantastic location and has everything needed! I highly recommend renting this condo if staying in the area. Thanks again, Trey!

Conveniently located

Location was walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, and Homewood shopping. Easy to jump on hwy 31 to travel to other parts of Birmingham. Minutes from Samford campus, BJCC, UAB, the Summit shopping, Edgewood area. Clean, easy check in/out, well decorated and furnished. Overall excellent!

There was no hot tub, or jetted tub. This was one of the main reasons we booked. That was very disappointing. The condo is lovely and well appointed. It is close to shops and restaurants- we went to Shiki for Christmas dinner and walked home which was really nice. Our pups loved it and enjoyed sitting out on the patio with us. The hot tub is honestly our only complaint. The host was a great communicator and the check in process was a snap. No issues.

Hi Tara, Thanks for the great review and for staying with us! I am so sorry about the listing saying we had a hot tub. We have never had one at our property and it was checked that we had one on all 6 listings there. I have corrected now but believe VRBO must have defaulted our listings to show we had one. Have a happy new year!
