The host was extremely helpful and Sarah’s response to any question was immediate or close to it. Great location close walking distance to the beach and very quiet street. Family friendly, enjoyed our time with family back east!

5/5 Stars: Truly Enchanting Stay!This charming beach house was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the property felt clean, welcoming, and truly enchanting. Located on a quiet street just two blocks from the beach, the location was perfect—close enough for easy access, but far enough for peace and quiet. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with excellent bedding that made for restful nights. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway!

The rental was very nice and comfortable. Very clean. The bikes were a bonus as we rode every day. The beach chairs were also very welcomed. The porch was also a big asset. With the weather getting cooler we spent a lot of time there. We did have a little trouble one night with the door lock, but even though it was late, Sarah responded immediately and helped us resolve the problem. She and her husband were terrific hosts.

From the moment I sent my first inquiry, Sarah (the owner) was incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful. Her attentiveness truly set the tone for our entire experience.The house itself is a charming, older home that’s been lovingly maintained. It was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to games that kept us entertained when the weather took a turn.Although Hurricane Erin brought some unexpected rain and wind during our stay, Sarah didn’t miss a beat. She was in constant contact, offering thoughtful suggestions for indoor activities and local spots to explore despite the storm.We still had a fantastic time, and I can’t recommend this beach house enough. Between the comfort of the home and Sarah’s top-notch hospitality, it’s a perfect getaway — rain or shine!

Place is cozy with room for everyone in our party(10) so that we didn't feel on top of each other. We love the older cottage charm and truly being so close to the beach was fantastic. The outside shower was great coming back from the beach and helped tremendously with all of us getting cleaned up. Kitchen was complete with all the things we needed for our stay and we love cooking on a gas stove so that was a bonus. Beds were comfortable to us (the King), our youngest loved the bunk room and small couch in 2nd LR, but our adult kids who prefer softer mattresses felt the Queens could have used a mattress topper for a softer, more comfortable sleep. Air worked great, kept us comfortable all week. Hosts had all instructions and important mentions laid out well, in multiple locations and was very easily contacted and readily available when issues arose. The Gardens is so quiet compared to other areas we stayed in and the vibe is perfect for a truly relaxing vacation. Great spots to eat and grab ice cream were also very short walks away. We would definitely stay here again and want to check out Sarah and Dale's other places!
