Very nice facility that was "as advertised" with no surprises. We would stay here again.

Our Team enjoyed their stay and the quiet neighbourhood. Parking was great for us.

Great for Groups!

We loved our stay! We were in town for a wedding and had a group of friends staying together. The back yard was amazing and perfect for spending time together.

Wedding weekend

We stayed for my sons wedding. Great place to stay with family. House had everything and the property was perfect for us to spread out.

Great Location

Great location! Easy access to beach, Camp Pendleton, San Diego attractions, shopping, and food. Had a family BBQ and outdoor space was perfect for hosting. Lots of seating and relaxed atmosphere. House is huge! Tons of sleeping space. Host was easy to communicate with and gave clear directions. If we travel back I would definitely book this spot again.

Wonderful retreat and place to relax after a day of sightseeing in San Diego. Seriously, the backyard, various seating options, tables, and activities was the perfect place for our family reunion to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. The house was ready to go when we got there. The owner did a wonderful job of answering my questions. The location was close to everything. And at night, it was very peaceful.

Great place to host a family get together

Perfect location, very open yet secluded at the same time. Big house with a large master suite. lots of room in the house for gatherings, Felt like a vacation home and not staying at some ones house in a tract neighborhood. Will stay again!

Family beach vacation

Wonderful outdoor living space, hot tub was amazing and the outdoor shower was awesome. Plenty of room for games and movies after going to the beach.

Great for big families

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. The kids love to play in the backyard. We love the hot tub and being in a quiet neighborhood.

California Beach party

Quiet secluded neighborhood but minutes to the stores and beach. Rooms were very large and lots of living room space for everyone and a 14 seat kitchen table, great for big meals together! Plus everything you need for the beach! Highly recommend for family vacation!

Lots of room and great amenities!

A great venue for our family get-together. Spacious house with a variety of common areas. The outdoor amenities are also really great: fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Plenty of room to relax. Best of all, host Patty is friendly, communicates clearly and is very responsive.

Quite and quaint

The property was clean and well stocked. Plenty of places for people to sleep and gather. Everything was easy to locate appliances, towels, etc. Family, friendly with activities for children. We would definitely stay again.

great place for a gathering

we had my rehearsal here and it had lots of places to hang and sit and we had a great stay. the toilets were slow to flush and fill and didnt do well with more people using them but overall great

The house was perfect for what we wanted. The only negative was there was only two bathrooms.

Excellent location with all the amenities and well maintained.

Our family was in town for a wedding in San Marcos. This is a great central location with a close drive to the beaches in Carlsbad. The house is very nice and very private. All the amenities you need for a nice family get away. Patty is a very gracious host and welcomed us upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this location and will come back again.

Jim and his family are very respectful to the property and to me. Jim was very helpful and offered to help me drill a hole to install a sensor light. Thank you, Jim! They left the house clean. They will always be welcome back and you would be lucky to have them for guests in your own property.

Great outdoor living space!!!

We had everything we needed! The owner was prompt to respond with any concerns. We enjoyed the fire pits, lizard hunting and the hot tub! The outdoor space is amazing. There is plenty of room for your entire family!

All Needs Covered !

I was impressed with all areas of the property from inside to outside. Plenty of seating all around. Sleeping areas were comfortable. The kitchen area met all needs. We definitely appreciated the kids play area and toys. The infant children love the walker and their toys too. As I said before All Needs Covered.

Perfect

We had a great time in vista. The house was perfect. The only thing we were missing was the food.Indoor and out door space great. Kids loved it no one wanted to leave . We plan to stay longer next year.Awesome home away from home!
