It doesn't get much more convenient than Andrew's Place... 1.3 miles to the park!
This conveniently located home is in the heart of all that the area has to offer. Short drive to CDP and to Main Street Cooperstown.
Andrew's Place has a lovely back deck overlooking the lawn, keep an eye on the siblings while enjoying some relaxation. Inside you will find two 1st floor bedrooms, one King off the kitchen and one Queen off the living room. There is also a laundry room and 1st floor full bath with tub/shower off the kitchen. On the 2nd floor there are 2 additional bedrooms, one room with two Doubles and the other with two Twins. There are also 2 additional bathroooms on the 2nd floor, one with tub/shower and the other with a shower.
Don't worry about running back and forth between games, Andrew's Place is incredibly convenient, located on the same road as CDP! The location is amazing, close to lots of shops, restaurants and a grocery store.
Rent Andrew's Place alone or add more room with Lindsey's Cottage a two bedroom, one bath home right next door.
