Sunnyside Apartments #1, 1 of 3, Convenience, comfort and a great location. Located between the Village of Cooperstown and the Cooperstown Dreams Park, only one-half mile from the Dreams Park. A supermarket and eateries are close by. These apartments are a perfect choice for small groups. Apartment 1 works well for 2 adults and 2 children.

Sunnyside Apartments share an in ground pool (new in 2016), 16' x 32', 4 feet deep with the two neighboring Terrace Lawn units.

Perfect Dreams Park Location

Apartment was better than expected!! Super clean, had everything we needed and super close to ballpark. Unit is as pictured, queen bed was comfy and we are so glad we stayed here. Convenient to grocery store and yummy little Jive Cafe!

Home away from home

We have a fantastic week. Our place was comfortable, had everything we needed and the baseball park entrance was a minute away which was super convenient.

Just Right!

Jenny has been a wonderfully attentive host and the size of this unit was just right for our needs. You cannot beat the proximity to Dreams Park and my younger child loved having the pool nearby. So thankful that we stayed here for our week at Dreams Park!

Home away from Home

Great one bedroom unit. Full kitchen. Updated bathroom. Comfy bed. Clean and just right across from Cooperstown Dreamspark. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Convenient and comfortable

Directly across from Cooperstown Dreams Park and <.5 mile to grocery store and other shops. Clean and quiet. Appointed with everything one needs. Easy parking. Clean pool which was useful in summer heat. Hosts were very clear communicators and highly responsive.

Convenient and Client

Sunnyside was the perfect place for our Cooperstown Dreams Park stay. It's across the street from the park (Dreams Park does not allow you to walk in). Our unit was clean and comfortable. Our daughter loved the pool for the little of but of down time we had. We had 4 games with rain delays and we're super thankful we could easily pop back over to dry off and eat and quickly get back when the game resumed. Super convient!

Perfect location and everything we needed

This property is very close to the fields and perfect for a coach's spouse to stay. My husband and son were in the bunks and my younger son and I stayed here. It was great being so close. The apartment was equipped with linens, plates, pots/pans, etc. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
