JR’s Place - Reserve this welcoming ranch house in immaculate condition.- under a 5 minute drive to the Dreams Park or to Cooperstown. There is ramp access to the front of the house. The backyard is a huge level area adjacent to Oaks Creek. Explore the mowed walking trails along the creek. Enjoy a picnic overlooking the creek or cast your fishing rod into the creek, which is abundant with bass & trout.



All bedrooms and 1 bath are on the first floor. The lower level offers a game room for rainy day fun, complete with Foosball, Pool, and Air Hockey as well as a flat-screen TV. There is a 50” TV in the living room; and a TV in each bedroom and the family room. There is a space behind the home for outdoor dining and grilling.

Clean, complete and close to ballfields

Cute 3 bedroom cottage. Clean, air conditioned and close to Cooperstown Dreamparks fields. Quiet area with everything you will need for an enjoyable place to stay. Would definitely book again.

Great family atmosphere! We truly enjoyed our week long stay. Best area to stay when attending Cooperstown. Local pharmacy an stores around. Extremely friendly owner and surrounding families! Thank you for opening your home to our family during this stay!

Great spot minutes from Dreams Park...

Great spot that is less than 10 minutes away from Dreams Park. All the amenities you could ask for. The game room is a nice spot for the kids.

Great Place to Stay

JR's Place was a great place to stay while our son was playing at Dreams Park. The location is great, less than a 10 minute drive to the park. The house had everything that we needed. The outdoor space was awesome and so nice to sit down by the river for some peace and quiet after a day at the ballpark. Would definitely stay here again!!

Would stay here again & recommend. Beautiful property!

The house was SUPER clean! Fishing poles and tackle boxes, coolers, grill, everything we needed. Wish we had a fire pit- but was still an amazing week!

Peaceful location between Dreams Park and Cooperstown

This is the perfect location between Dreams Park and Cooperstown, just a short 5-7 minute drive away! We really enjoyed walking on the mowed path next to the stream - so peaceful to listen to the rippling water and look at the wildflowers! My husband even caught a couple fish using the poles and tackle provided by the home owners. The grill was a nice bonus as well! We grabbed some steaks from the local butcher shop and grilled them up for dinner one night - delicious! The game room also provided some fun family competition - ping pong, foosball, air hockey and pool! We had a great week at JR's Place! Highly recommended for families with a kiddo playing a Dream Park!!

This house was perfect for our needs. It was just my sister and I so we spent all of our time on the main level because stairs aren't easy for her. Although we didn't use the lower level there was a very nice game room and another full bathroom and a washer and dryer down there. The back door led into the basement level, so that would have been a way to avoid the stairs if we needed to. As it was the main level was more than enough for us. There were three bedrooms, a full bathroom (with a handheld shower that we needed because my sister uses a shower chair), an eat-in kitchen and a living room. The front door even had a ramp leading up to it.

Beautiful, spacious property with a cozy house with lots of ways to entertain!

We were blessed with a kind host family in an adjacent house, though we never saw them after the first day, knocking at their door! There was roaming grass and a beautiful creek that our younger son loved fishing at and running around when we had down time during a busy Cooperstown week. The house was comfortable with all the basics provided and then some. There were fishing poles, whiffle ball supplies, footballs and more for the outdoors with pool, ping pong and fuseball inside. The house was kept plenty cool with room specific air conditioners and was a comfy 3 bedroom that proved homey and relaxing. There was a tv in EVERY room to boot. We greatly appreciated the easy 10 min drive max to the ball fields and being in between these and Cooperstown! Thank you Hoag family!

Short drive to Dreams Park

Awesome place to stay! Enjoy the walking paths! Appreciated all the extra soaps, paper towels, toilet paper. I brought my own laundry detergent, but there was laundry detergent as well. It was just a short drive to Cooperstown dream Park. Our granddaughter enjoyed playing air hockey. There was ping-pong foosball and a pool table will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.
