Homey luxury will welcome you to our very spacious 3 bed, 2 bath True Blue resort condo. Come golf, beach, dine, swim, walk or lounge all in one place. Newly updated, located on the 1st floor, so NO STAIRS! Features a fully-equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, Keurig Coffee Maker, nest temp control, wireless internet & cable. Minutes from the ocean, beaches, lake, restaurants, 8 golf courses. Centrally located to popular destinations, 20 miles to Myrtle Beach, 70 miles to Historic Charleston.

Primary Bedroom has a King size bed with walk in closet, and bathroom attached. The 2nd bedroom has a King and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. TVs in each bedroom. Sleeps 6.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances. Laundry has brand new HE washer/dryer.

The living room has plenty of room to gather for games or watch some movies on the large television with cable.

Enter the screened porch from the living room or primary bedroom and relax and take in the South Carolina sunrises with a cup of coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine.

True Blue golf course is world class and definitely a walkable neighborhood. Caledonia is approximately 3 minutes away. Both courses are phenomenal and there are 6 other courses in the area to choose from. The on-site amenities are abundant, with multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ areas, golfing right on site, and beach within 5 min.

We provide sheets, blankets, pillows, extra pillows, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, makeup wipes, kcups, napkins, PT, TP, and much more.

1 pet allowed with an additional $100 pet fee. If you have an additional pet it needs to be approved. Dog must be kept on leash outside and you must pick up after your pet.

Loved this condo. It was well-appointed with everything we could think of. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Short drive to the beach, grocery store, beautiful golf courses and great restaurants. Quiet, safe and well-maintained area.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. The condo was very nice and clean with more than enough room for 4 adults and a baby. They supplied many essentials from coffee to laundry detergent. Location was perfect because we came to see family that lives nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was great and was quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. The condo was very well equipped with plenty of staples. There were some nice extras provided by our host.

Nice, clean location

The location was clean and had all the necessary items we needed to have a nice stay. The property was quiet. Communication was easy. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and treats for our dog...lovely touch.

I’m so sorry you had a hard time finding parking. July can be busy, but there are several areas to park including large parking lot at the south side of the island. We provide directions and recommendations for parking.

WOW! We loved the condo! There was nothing left to need! Everything you could think of was there in the kitchen. We were so impressed with all of the accommodations. We're looking forward to going back to this same VRBO! The neighbors were so friendly and our little maltese was welcomed by everyone he met. What a great place to visit and stay! Can't wait to go back!!!!!

This was the clearest and best organized apt that we have ever done. The host thought of everything. Much more than we expected. The bottle of wine was a great gift.

Host was very responsive to communication prior to check-in. Property was good. But had a few issues. Property door touch pad worked inconsistently. Used key (glad they left key). Floor tile loose in kitchen. Frying pans were burned and everything stuck. Cold water in primary bathroom sink was very slow. Asking us to start laundry used before check out was odd. Very happy with king size bedding, living room and pet friendly location.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We invite guests to let us know if they have any problems during their stay as we are happy to address items right away. We were never made aware of any problems. Now that these items were brought to our attention frying pans have been replaced, keypad batteries replaced, floor tile secured and faucet fixed.

The advertised "new" Funiture in the LR was very uncomfortable. Please invest in new towels, and some black out curtains for the front bedrooms. the exterior lighting makes the bedrooms very bright and hard to sleep in. The LR TV did not work at all. could not get it to connect to anything.

Amazing location and Hostess! We loved everything about our stay and can't wait to go back! Everything you need, all in one place. Short ride to the beach. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Overall very good space for what we needed. Could’ve been cleaner. The dishes were in the cabinet dirty, there was pet hair all over the main couch and the rugs were extremely sandy. But the gift was notified and hopefully relays the message to the cleaners.

Everything was exactly as disclosed. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. We stayed for a long weekend and felt like we had everything we needed. It was a quiet and peaceful setting.
