Large Luxurious Property On The Beach. Easily one of the best 4BR's around. Complimentary Beach Service provided by LDV from March to October. Extra Large expanded unit, plenty of room. All 3 floors. Private spaces for moms and dads and separate place for kids. Like all of our Luxury Catalog properties we provide the best in Linens, towels and amenities and it's on the beach. Lots of beds. So, not a lot of reviews yet. Also, parking for up to 4 cars!!! Full Size Washer and Dryer too.

We go to Destin every year at a different area and this by far our favorite spot. The private beach and the beach set up for us each morning was amazing.

Great place! Perfect for what we were looking for doing… absolutely nothing but watching the ocean and relaxing. I would recommend staying.

The townhome was very spacious and we stepped right out onto the beach. Great location and walking distance to one of our favorites, Pompano Joe's! Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Great trip!

James, the property manager was wonderful. Made sure we were totally happy with our stay! Great communication! Would definitely stay here again!

Parking is only for 2 cars, not 4. Yes on the beach and great, but but more stairs to walk down to get to. Hole in wall by bunk beds and attempted to cover with black duct tape. Trash cans for rental full and overflowing when we got there and no room if we had trash. Also, tubs were clogged and held water on first night. I could have called but I feel like this is a maintenance that should be checked after every guest and cleaners should have caught. Got check in email in am of check in offering early check in but that’s not possible day of when I had sent 3 prior messages. Definitely lots of supplies and linens for the place. But I do think caution should be given for senior adults asks to how many stairs just like caution given for kids and balconies etc. But definitely great location on beach. And great views of beach and loved the chairs and umbrellas provided.

Parking is a nightmare. We drove over 7 hours in the rain. When we arrived my daughter was able to park her Nissan Sentra. We came in our Escalade. There was no room to park next to her. Parking behind her had our tail end in the shoulder of the road. If anyone is barely on the line or over it, you aren’t parking two cars side by side! Reached out to James, at first he was ok. Said he would try to reach out to the neighboring renters to get them to move over but he couldn’t guarantee anything. Told us to park in spot 10a temporarily. My husband didn’t know there was an 10A and 10B so he just parked in the middle because the car in 9B was on the line. Well James decided to text me a rude comment. I called him and he continued on about the parking in 10. Actually ended up yelling at me! He wasn’t concerned about our inconvenience, just the renter in 10B. He later apologized, on a text! We ended up finding a better rental down the road that had plenty of parking and space. He left the next night and lost our 6300! They offered no compensation. James wanted to come to the rental the next day to help with parking but I was not ok with meeting this guy. There were bugs and the layout of the rental is terrible. You walk out the main balcony and the two neighbors are literally in your face. No privacy at all. NEVER AGAIN!
