A Queen Size Bed in room #1. Twin over full Bunk Bed in room #2 and a pull out Queen Sofa with memory foam in the over-sized living room. This charming home features a full size washer/dryer, Air Conditioner, Two bedrooms plus queen size sleep sofa, living room with skylights & fireplace, dining room, kitchen with stove, Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Coffee maker, Plates, dishes, and utensils. Also, features a full Size bath with tub and shower. Nice size yard with Picnic Table and Gas Grill. Off street parking. No smoking, no pets. Incorporated in 1637, Yarmouth is one of the oldest towns on Cape Cod. Geographically, the town encompasses both the north and south side of the Cape, each area having its own flavor. Yarmouth has 15 fresh and saltwater beaches on Nantucket Sound. Seagull Beach is the town’s largest, and the Bass River area has some fine beaches

Bustling West Yarmouth, with its abundant vacation homes and cottage colonies, offers something for the whole family. West Yarmouth is home to the lovely walking trail, the Yarmouth Boardwalk, which extends through the marsh and to Swan Pond and its surrounding woods.

Free summer concerts are held on Monday nights at the outdoor bandshell at the Mattacheese Middle School.

Great house on Cape Cod.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfectly clean when we arrived, with every amenity you’d need. The owners were quick to respond if we had questions, and the location was great!

Definitely recommend

Great place to stay for the week! Clean, cozy and comfortable. Location was great for all we had planned, and it was nice to come back to at the end of the day. If I go back, I would stay there again.

Nice House Close to Fun Activities

The house is very clean and is in great condition. We liked how close it was to several beaches in Yarmouth, and a short distance from Hyannis and other locations. The house is very family friendly!

Kevin's home balances the best of Cape Cod charm and upscale comfort. After a short stay many months ago, my wife and I rented for the entire summer, expecting only two of us to be staying. Unexpectedly, there were for us for much of the time, living a very diverse life built around multiple schedules. Yet both in the times when it was two of us relaxing and the times it was four of us with busy schedules, Kevin's home served the purpose - everything worked, the home was outfitted for all of needs, all aspects of life - eating, sleeping, relaxing, attending to work and other responsibilities - was easy to do. Kevin is an excellent communicator who addressed questions quickly, and we were all able to have the summer we wanted and needed to have despite unexpected twists in our own plans. We were fortunate to have both the home and Kevin himself.

Excellent

Our stay for 3 weeks was great, we were there for work but still overall a great and functional space in a good location and very responsive hosts. Very clean.

They were prompt in answering inquiries. Very thoughtful and nice when I locked the key inside! Clean and well equipped! Super cute decor!! Great place overall!

Great cottage with everything we needed to enjoy our week away, and close proximity to the rail trail and sea gull beach/downtown area. Hosts were communicative and property was as described/pictured. Mattresses could be comfier, but otherwise a lovely trip - and having laundry on-site was a huge bonus. Thank you!

Great property and great hosts

Kevin's place is updated, clean and well equipped. We had a traveling crew stay there for two months for the second summer in a row. Kevin is extremely helpful and accomodating and I HIGHLY recommend him and his property! We'll see you next summer!

Kevin and Annemarie were excellent hosts and had everything we needed! It is a lovely place for a Cape Cod Vacation and would give 10/10!It was near everything and our family! Next to our favorite beaches and had a wonderful time! Gerrie

This is a very nice, very well kept 2 bedroom property with a sofa that opens up to a full mattress. Very quiet area, picnic table in a nice size yard. We went to the beach beside the Ocean Mist hotel, free parking. House has everything you would need towels, kitchen pot/pans/utensils. Very well maintained house.

Great property and great host!

Kevin's home is very nicely decorated, comfortable and modern. I had a few seasonal employees come in from the West Coast and they stayed for a month at the home. They property is equipped with everything you need in a home away from home. Kevin was a gracious and helpful host from start to finish! Would absolutely stay again- five stars!

Always a great experience

Kevin is a top notch host and always glad to assist us. I've rented his home for a traveling work crew for the past two summers. The home is clean, updated and well equipped. Would gladly rent from Kevin time and time again, highly recommend!

Wonderful week on the Cape!

My family and I have never rented a house before as we always use hotels. But this time we went with something different and couldn’t be more pleased! The house was clean and very close to everything the mid-cape has to offer. We even used the fire pit 2 nights because it was so lovely in the yard. It came stocked with practically everything you could possibly need. Really enjoyed it:)

home away from home

The price was a little more than I was hoping to pay but maybe this is the going price plus there was an extra fee for insurance which I've never had to pay before. The house itself was very homey, off main areas and very quiet (which is nice). The beds were a little uncomfortable but that didn't ruin our stay as we kept ourselves busy touring different parts of the cape daily and coming home late we fell right to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/utensils you might need if cooking. Coffee pot/microwave and toaster always a plus. Back yard with a picnic table and small grill and fire pit. Overall the house is lovely and me and my daughter had a great week

Such a lovely house and clean!

This house had everything you could possibly need. Even had board games for our rainy day !Super clean, freshly painted. Washer and Dryer was a bonus ! Comfortable and very short drive to all amenities- 9 min to the beaches 3-4 min to grocery and restaurants and I could walk to the planet fitness Had a great stay!

Nice place

Easy check-in. Place was immaculate, big plus. Owners supplied paper towels, garbage bags, etc., thank you. Good central location. Nice little cottage, not overpriced, highest recommendation.

Beautiful little nook, close to everything!

Beautiful little nook, close to everything. Make sure to bring your own towels, as we missed it in the welcome notes, flew in from CO, and had nothing to shower with. Great fire pit, grill, picnic table, close to the coolest kid beaches!

Great week at the cape!

House was in a quiet neighborhood away from busy traffic, but central to all of lower cape. Had just the right space for my family of 4. Driveway space for 2 cars. Kitchen/bathroom were clean/new. Renters communicated well. Air conditioning limited to family room area. Thanks so much!

This house is centrally located on mid Cape so it’s a short drive no matter which part of the Cape you want to travel to. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a 6 minute walk to Swan Pond where you can take a walk on the Boardwalk. The beach is only 2.5 miles from the house. Many Bicycle trails in the area as well.
