2 Bedroom Family Affordable Townhouse Across The Street From The Beach

A fully furnished two bedroom townhouse located directly the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama. The Alabama Gulf Coast zoo resides, as well as Water Park for the kids. The townhouse has 2 floors. Dining room, Kitchen, and Living room, and small bathroom are on the first floor. The second floor resides with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. There is a outdoor patio which faces the Mariner Lake. A walk to the beautiful sugar sand beach is right across the street from Walmart. If one does not wish to walk, they are allowed to park in the Walmart parking lot. Be sure to look for a sign that says MARINER LAKES parking only. The historical Fort Morgan Civil War site is located 15 minutes away by car. We are also located 30 minutes away from Pensacola International Airport, Florida. We have free WiFi and Netflix

I was very satisfied with the area and even the pool, I would not recommend this condo if you have little ones. All the rooms are upstairs and luggage going up and down stairs is a struggle. One of the tvs in the bedroom does not work for wind down time in the evening. Communication was good.

Beautiful Property

The property is nice and quiet. The lake area is beautiful and a close walk or drive and park at the beach. The condo is roomy with a nice pool close by.

Very satisfied.

Apartment was just as described. Very clean. Could use a few minor repairs, but owner was notified and responded promptly. We would do business with same owner again.

Beautiful spot

Enjoyed everthing about the experience. The townhouse was spacious and the community helpful and welcoming. The close access to myriad biking trails was amazing. We had a bit of a problem with key access and the code lock had some issues that we had to troubleshoot. Otherwise a very successful and enjoyable stay. Thanks!

September getaway

Nice townhouse in a quiet area. We had more than enough room for the 2 of us. Beach acces was nice, however it is more like a 15 min walk from the home. The beach is just across the street if you use the parking spaces by the Walmart. The pool was nice as well. Location is close to many different activities, stores and restaurants.

Wasn’t very clean, went and bought cleaning supplies to clean. Pulled out the sofa bed and the mattress pad was very dirty, had actual dirt on it ! Towels smelled musty so we rewashed them before we used them ! Also towels are very small not good for grown men. AC was struggling it was hot most of the time. Beds not comfortable at all! This unit needs some TLC and it would be a very nice place to stay. On the email said we could have two cars and 2 cards for gate but only had one card and other vehicle had to park at tennis courts, which was fine but just not very clear on that in email. I emailed the owner about that and never got a response. I did not want to get charged for loosing a card when there was only one available. I don’t mind paying money but would like for it to be clean and comfortable!

First Time to Orange Beach

Overall everything was as advertised. The only thing that was a issues was the codes that were emailed to me were not up to date and the info at the condo was correct. Enjoyed the trip and hope to return!
