2 Bedroom Family Affordable Townhouse Across The Street From The Beach

A fully furnished two bedroom townhouse located directly the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama. The Alabama Gulf Coast zoo resides, as well as Water Park for the kids. The townhouse has 2 floors. Dining room, Kitchen, and Living room, and small bathroom are on the first floor. The second floor resides with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. There is a outdoor patio which faces the Mariner Lake. A walk to the beautiful sugar sand beach is right across the street from Walmart. If one does not wish to walk, they are allowed to park in the Walmart parking lot. Be sure to look for a sign that says MARINER LAKES parking only. The historical Fort Morgan Civil War site is located 15 minutes away by car. We are also located 30 minutes away from Pensacola International Airport, Florida. We have free WiFi and Netflix

Very satisfied.

Apartment was just as described. Very clean. Could use a few minor repairs, but owner was notified and responded promptly. We would do business with same owner again.

Great location, great price!

This is our second year renting this specific property and it is perfect for us! The location is central to everything we want to do, it is a quiet neighborhood. The house is always clean, and feels like a home away from home. We will continue to seek out this location everytime we go to Orange Beach!

Wonderful townhouse in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the beach.

The place was great, a lot of room in the bedrooms. Each with its own bathroom. Was across the street from the beach and close to grocery stores. Simone was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, will definitely stay here again!

Loved it!!

This is an amazing rental. It was a great gated location near the beach and pool. The peaceful screened in back porch over looking a lake and basketball court. The kids and adults look forward to going back soon!!

Great Location

Everything we needed was close. Grocery, places to eat, beach and access to main route all within a minute. We could walk to shopping and enjoy the walk beside the lake. Two parades for Mardi Gras went by on the main road and we walked to watch.

September getaway

Nice townhouse in a quiet area. We had more than enough room for the 2 of us. Beach acces was nice, however it is more like a 15 min walk from the home. The beach is just across the street if you use the parking spaces by the Walmart. The pool was nice as well. Location is close to many different activities, stores and restaurants.

Cozy Beautiful Beach Getaway

Mariners Lake is an excellent choice if you desire to be near all the beachfront conveniences and attractions, yet enjoy the solitude of a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. Our rental was perfectly fitted for our needs. The entire family was pleased with the comforts and amenities. We will definitely choose Mariners Lake again for our Orange Beacn escapades!
