The Space:

Perched along the edge of Crested Butte South, this property offers an incredible, unobstructed view that's hard to beat. Picture yourself on the west-facing deck as the sun sets over the mountains and the stars come out—it's the kind of view that turns every evening into an occasion.



Inside, an open floor plan lets this cozy footprint live large. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything your group needs to whip up a scrumptious meal, while the living room invites you to cozy up by the gas fireplace or stream a favorite show on the large smart TV with YouTube TV and streaming capabilities. Gather for meals at the dining table, framed by picture windows and set with ample seating for the whole crew. Step out to the southwest-facing covered deck, where shade, gorgeous unobstructed views, and a gas grill make for effortless outdoor dining.



Three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, both with ensuite full bathrooms (shower only), plus a third enclosed sleeping space with a pullout queen couch and a loft queen bed—ideal for larger groups or families. A washer/dryer is available on-site, along with thoughtful extras like a pack n' play travel crib and sheets, a crockpot, blender, gas grill, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

This property is not pet friendly.  Please note: owner does travel with their dog.

All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, not on the street.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.



Crested Butte South is a vibrant community located a 10-minute drive from downtown Crested Butte. The house is about half way up the hillside of CB South. Plan on a 15 minute drive to the town of Crested Butte, or 25 minute drive to Mt CB. You're a 5-minute drive to the bus stop (free shuttle to downtown Crested Butte and ski mountain), Red Mountain Park, Camp 4 Coffee and a few eateries. In addition to all that Town and the Mountain has to offer, CB South has an ice rink and groomed Nordic trails in the winter, and endless hiking trails in Cement Creek in the summer. You will need a 4WD or AWD vehicle in winter months.

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

Crested Butte South is where the majority of locals live for the Crested Butte area. Neighborhood amenities include: Red Mountain Park w/playground, playing fields, ice hockey, ice skating, Nordic skiing in winter months. There's a small commercial district with a few restaurants, coffee shop & liquor store.



Getting Around:

You will need an AWD or 4WD vehicle in winter months. Preferable in summer months, but not necessary.
