This property is a fantastic location, close to old Colorado city. We enjoyed spending time on the patio in the evenings, and the extremely close proximity to all things fun!The property is decorated super cute, and is very clean and is a great value!

The home was clean and inviting. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is easy access to the Interstate and to Hwy 24. Easy to get to the westside or downtown.

The home is very clean and very stylish it’s absolutely beautiful and Joel is wonderful host with the click of a message he is very fast at replying and very accommodating. The location is perfect with beautiful Mountain View’s. We look forward to our next stay with Joel who again is wonderful

This worked out for exactly what I needed. It was well stocked with kitchen items and the fully functional kitchen was nice. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Lovely place. Perfect location.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely 2 bedroom house. Great kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our visit to Garden of the Gods, as well as Seven Falls, and Manitou Springs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice place

The place is perfect for a vacation or simply to relax. It is very cozy and centrally located. I plan to rent this place again whenever I travel to Colorado Springs.

Excellent stay, very clean and super comfy

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights and Joel was super helpful and responsive. Everything was smooth for check in and check out, the kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. The beds were comfortable with several different types of pillows to accommodate anyone's needs.

Sweet little house

The BoHo Cottage was just right. Super comfortable. Super easy. Great location. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great place, great location

The property was clean and well stocked. The bedrooms are big enough that two adults can move around, and the beds aren't pushed up against two walls. The kitchen and dining area are quite spacious for a bungalow style home. The neighborhood is quiet, and very close to the Old Colorado City attractions on Colorado avenue.

Enjoying the holidays

We have stayed in several VRBOs and this one was the best stocked for guests needs over a multiple day stay. We did not have to request anything. Thanks for being so considerate.

Beautiful Boho Bungalow

This was a perfect stay. Lovely home, cozy and well appointed. Quiet safe neighborhood. Great kitchen and gathering room. Host allowed us to check in early. When we walked in the door we knew we found our kind of home away from home. Location is close to both Old Colorado and Downtown. Easy walk to OCC and short Drive to downtown. The snow at the end of our stay was the perfect exclamation point. Watching the snow from the front window was magical.Joel is a wonderful host and this is a equally wonderful property! We will be back.

I recently stayed at the Stylish Boho cottage, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! One of the standout features of this charming space was the full coffee bar. As a coffee enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover a selection of high-quality beans and various brewing methods.The little details were impressive, from the cozy setup to the assortment of mugs and accessories that encouraged leisurely mornings sipping coffee. Each morning felt like a delightful ritual, and I loved being able to brew my favorite drinks right there.Not only did the coffee bar enhance my stay, but the overall atmosphere of the cottage was warm and inviting. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities one could wish for. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. If you're a coffee lover or simply seeking a perfect little getaway, I highly recommend this cottage! It truly elevates the experience, making for a cozy and memorable stay.

We love this house in OCC. It is super comfortable, with spots to read, relax, work. It features easy accessibility, with a smart layout and awesome "flow" (natural transition from one space to the next.) The beds are great quality and bureau/storage space more than adequate for a week's stay. The decor is tasteful, with wall art blending beautifully. Joel was super-responsive and even apologized for a several-hour power outage that was far beyond his control (the grid was overloaded on one of those 100-degree days!) His solar-powered patio lights got us through in fine form! I cannot point to a flaw in this house. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, but one of our daughters may beat us to (yeah, I'm raving about it to everyone.) It is in a very safe, quiet neighborhood that i would have thought was a ghost town if I hadn't seen dog walkers is the morning.

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our family (parents and teen daughter). The house is cute and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is great for visiting downtown Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs and is near the highway for other parts of town. A grocery store and pharmacy are just a couple of blocks away. The host’s communication was great. We usually stay with family in the area but I would definitely stay here again in the future!
