Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. Great stay!

We were in town for USAF graduation. Perfect option as other family rented the other side of duplex so we were close but each had our own space. Location is great - walkable to downtown Old Colorado City and many dining options. Home was exactly as pictured and very clean and comfortable. Would stay again and highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful place!

We loved staying here! When talking about our vacation our youngest tells everyone about “the place with the bunk beds!” Well equipped with everything we needed and very clean! Would stay here again for sure!

Great home in an excellent location!

This home provided everything we needed for our 6 day vacation. Very clean and the location in Old Colorado Springs was absolutely perfect for us as most of the things we did were on this side of town. There are so many beautiful shops and amazing places to eat just a short walk away. If we make it back to Colorado Springs in the future we would stay here again for sure!

Girls Trip

Originally planned for 8 people, but only 2 actually could make it. Great location to get everywhere. Place had everything we needed. Definitely would book again.

Beautiful home in wonderful location

This home is beautifully renovated with a wonderful set up, very clean, mountain views, and in a fantastic location. Short walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Very short drive to the manitou incline and cog railway. The only reason for a less than perfect rating is that it lists a hot tub as an amenity but there is not actually one available. The reason for our trip was to hike the manitou incline, and we specifically tried to pick a place to stay with a hot tub to recover in afterward. Despite that disappointment, it was a wonderful stay that we would highly recommend.

Clean, charming home in a great area

It was exactly as described! Clean 3 bedroom home that had more than enough room for 3 adults. Walking distance to charming shops and restaurants. Nicely decorated, new appliances and furnishings. Host was easy to contact. We will stay here again the next time we’re in CO Springs!

Great Location and Good Space

We enjoyed our stay and everyone in the family had plenty of space. The views from the front porch are amazing. The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and the check process was very easy. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect Weekend

We stayed for 3 days while wedding planning. It was in a perfect location for us. We were able to walk to downtown Old Colorado City and that was nice. It was exactly how it is pictured on the website. I would stay again.

Great Location!

We loved our time here! The house had everything we needed and more! Our younger daughters appreciated the bunk bed, pack and play and the fun chalk to play with. We enjoyed the lower level TV and fireplace area - it was quite cozy during the snow. The location was close to everything Garden of the Gods, Penny Arcades, The Broadmoor, etc and it was walking distance to some great restaurants. The owners were very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, beautiful property

Our family (husband and two adult children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Its listing is very clear and spot on. We were very comfortable, had all we needed and management was very prompt to respond. We highly recommend staying here. Location was great for all the places we visited. Perfect for a getaway

This place is perfect for a visit to Colorado Springs. Great location, it within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also, centrally located to several area attractions such as Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. I would highly recommend.

Better than the listing implies

We stayed for seven days the week of Thanksgiving. The property owner was wonderful and easy to communicate with. There was plenty of amenities inside the unit, such as coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster oven, plenty utensils and cookware. The beds were all comfortable, there were plenty of clean linens for the bathrooms and on the beds. The fireplace was wonderful. The location to activities was the best. We will be back in the warmer months and will stay here again. We had two adults and three children (6,7 and 8).

Great Central Location

The place is clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained! It has all the amenities you would want in a home away from home. We loved our stay here. As a bonus, it is a great place to stay as a jumping off point to many of the activities in Colorado Springs.

Old Colorado Springs

Our VRBO was exactly as advertised! It couldn't have been a better location. The room arrangement was perfect and the decor was nicely done. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and it was just a short drive to the sites like, Garden of the Gods and the Pike Peak Cog Train ride. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Great place to stay!!

The location of the property was so close to everything we wanted. Restaurants, shopping, gas, grocery store and so many things to see. We were in the heart of everything but was quite and relaxed. We had four adults and one elementary age child but never felt crowded. We would end the evening sitting by the fire. We absolutely enjoyed everything the property had to offer!!

Great place and great location!

The condo is nicely decorated, really clean, and so close to restaurants and shops in Old Colorado City. Also very close to the cog railroad for Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Has a cute patio for relaxing after a day hiking at Garden of the Gods.

Great Place and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was decorated very nicely. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping in Old Colorado City. It was also so convenient to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs, which are great destinations.

Beautiful VRBO close to everything.

We stayed for 5 days/4 nights and had a wonderful time. The VRBO is beautifully decorated. And very spacious. The location couldn't be better. Close to all the attractions and walking distance to shops and great restaurants
