Phoenix 6 Unit #1104...BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED KITCHEN & BATHROOMS!
Enjoy a relaxing stay at this Phoenix VI beach-front condo with luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout! The owner does an excellent job maintaining and improving her condo every year! This lovely 11th floor unit features two bedrooms and two baths. Both bedrooms have King beds and the living room sofa has a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress. But the best thing about this condo is the fabulous view of Perdido Pass from the balcony! Enjoy all of your meals there while watching the dolphin swim in the gulf right in front of you!

The living room has a large Smart television and a Bose radio/CD player. The Master bedroom has a wall mounted 42 inch television and the second bedroom has a 34 inch television. Wireless internet is provided at no additional charge!

The fully equipped kitchen includes custom cabinets, quartz countertops and a Samsung flat cooktop/oven. There is even a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard drip model! The dining area seats 4 with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter. The balcony dining area seats 4 for you to enjoy while taking in the gorgeous gulf views!

The Master Bedroom has a King bed and a double-door closet. The adjoining bath has a NEW walk-in shower. The vanity area has custom cabinetry and a quartz counter top with double sinks!

The second bedroom has a king size bed and coastal-cottage style furnishings with new plantation shutters on the window! The second bath features a tub/shower, custom vanity with a quartz counter top.

As soon as we opened the door to the condo, it was everything we expected. The view was spectacular from the living room and the master suite. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware to create delicious meals while visiting. Our host was attentive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Stay was great!! The dryer took a VERY long time to dry clothes and the TV in the front bedroom took forever to load anything. The only thing I wish this property had was a full body mirror!

This was a lovely condo and just as pictured. There is an amazing view of the beach from the living room, the master and of course the balcony. It was very clean, comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The host was easy to work with and very informative.Check in and out was seamless. The whole facility is very well run and well kept. Amazing pools.

The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Having to pay to park, and it not being covered, was a downside. The beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful but you can see other people on their balconies. We had some noise the first few night and was so glad when the people left. Overall, I'd recommend this condo.

Beautiful gulf view!

The kitchen was well supplied, the rooms were very spacious and the balcony view was stunning. Loved the well combed beach and all the amenities including the pool and exercise room.
