Gorgeous Gulf Views From This Orange Beach Condo on the 11th Floor!

DISCLAIMER: October 28 to November 6. During this time, a portion of the walkway leading to your unit will be closed, and all foot traffic will be redirected.
Guests will need to use an alternative route to access this unit. To reach the unit, guests should take the elevator up to the floor above your unit, then use the stairs to go down one floor to their destination. When leaving the unit, guests will need to descend the stairs to the floor below to access the elevator.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this Phoenix VI beach-front condo with NEW luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout! The owner does an excellent job maintaining and improving her condo every year! This lovely 11th floor unit features two bedrooms and two baths. Both bedrooms have King beds and the living room sofa has a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress. But the best thing about this condo is the fabulous view of Perdido Pass from the balcony! Enjoy all of your meals there while watching the dolphin swim in the gulf right in front of you!

The living room has a large Smart television and a Bose radio/CD player. The Master bedroom has a wall mounted 42 inch television and the second bedroom has a 34 inch television. Wireless internet is provided at no additional charge!

The fully equipped kitchen includes custom cabinets, quartz countertops and a Samsung flat cooktop/oven. There is even a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard drip model! The dining area seats 4 with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter. The balcony dining area seats 4 for you to enjoy while taking in the gorgeous gulf views!

The Master Bedroom has a King bed and a double-door closet. The adjoining bath has a walk-in shower with seat and hand-held sprayer as well as the overhead shower. The vanity area has custom cabinetry and a granite counter top with double sinks and wrap-around mirrors!

The second bedroom has a king size bed and coastal-cottage style furnishings with new plantation shutters on the window! The second bath features a tub/shower, custom vanity, and granite counter top.

Fun getaway

We enjoyed staying at the Phoenix VI. It had lots of amenities for our kids and kept them really busy! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a busy week for vacationers, but we never felt crowded at the pool or beach.

Beautiful Orange Beach condo

We had a great to Orange Beach and our stay at the Phoenix6 Condo. This 2 bedroom condo was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. We will be back again...hopefully soon!

This property was charming! It was the right amount of beachy with an upscale touch. Meticulously clean, beds slept great, and perfect roomy balcony. A nice selection of music available to suit any vibe.Would book this same condo again.

Wonderful Beach Condo!

This was an excellent beach front condo perfect for a week long girls vacation! The view was breath taking and the balcony was amazing! Perfect for all meals and just sitting out and taking in the view. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as described, very nice and clean and comfortable. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need to cook with and enjoy your stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach vacation

It was a very clean well kept condo with all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed oyr stay. The only thing I would have changed is by putting a notice on the ad that there was no smoking on the property. We were surprused about that.

Great time at Phoenix XI

The highlight of the unit is the balcony with extremely comfortable furniture. Here we spent many hours enjoying the view and sounds of the gulf while visiting, reading, enjoying meals and painting. The unit itself is very well stocked (we enjoy cooking on vacation) and was clean and comfortable. So happy for Wifi and cable access...we brought along our Roku for streaming and smart device to catch local news. So, in addition to all the enjoyment of the beach, we had some tastes of home and regular life. Loads of good restaurants close by and unending trails for hiking, too.

Beach Trip

The condo looked exactly like the pictures on the website. It was equipped with everything we needed. The common area was very clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay there again. I would recommend that you replace the rug in the master bedroom since its rolled up at the corner when you enter the room. Someone could trip on it. The rug in the second bathroom has the same issue. It's probably been damaged by the vacuum cleaner. Thank you!

Room was good until the power went out at 7 am Tuesday morning when we had to checkout . Had to proceed down 11 flights of stairs due to the elevators not working due to power outage . The stairs were soaked with water and I proceed to fall down one flight of stairs with my 1 year old in my hands . Besides that stay was fine

From check in to departure was easy. We enjoyed the view from our condo, rooms were perfect, the only challenge was the tv/streaming but it didn't take long to figure out. ( support numbers were available).Would stay again!

Light bright and clean!

The room was clean and light and bright. The views were great. Parking was not an issue and there were always spots available. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook every day. (Drive to Gulf shore Walmart for groceries... Way better prices) The beds where comfortable and the balcony furniture was in good shape. The area it self is a bit on the noisy side. The pool is open pretty late and the young adult crowd was pretty loud throughout the night. My daughter slept through it but my wife and I could not. This is no fault of the this room though. We just had loud neighbors playing speakers and being up most of the night it would seem. I would definitely stay in this room again and when I go back to this area I will try and get it again. I recommend it!
